As a landlord, the inclusion of free services for 5 years and safety checks for 3, made this a competitive package. Prompt attention to finalise the job and getting a new boiler up and running ASAP were much appreciated. The install went very efficiently taking only half a day and we were more than happy with the new boiler.

From my initial chat with Martin, the excellent prompt service from Ross and the follow up call from Debbie, I was extremely impressed. This only took 3 days from start to finish! All the stress was removed and the attention to detail was brilliant. Who would have thought that the installation of a new boiler would actually be fun! I can't recommend this company enough. First class ✨️

I had a very good experience with this company. Everything was explained well, really good customer service. John did a great job with installation, and left the place tidier than he found it. Boiler is working well and we are very happy with our decision to use CB Services.

Tell you what exactly the installation will be. What the job to be done at the time on arrival. Making sure not to disturb other things in the house and clean up after ward . Show the Client how to operate the New Boiler etc !

From the visit to give me an estimate through to setting up Hive they were excellent. Professional, know their business, do what they say.
Price was better than a national company, on a par with a similar one, but I chose CB plumbing to replace my gas boiler because they answered my questions honestly, and easily, knew what they were talking about.
They had to return to set up my Hive control unit because my broadband router (an eero !!) didn't have capacity to link the mini hub, I got a second eero unit and they returned to set things up for me, no quibble.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants to replace their Gas Central heating boiler. I've taken out their maintenance services too, better value again.

We are very happy with the service and our boiler. The overall process was very fast. The price was competitive. If you are planning to change the boiler with any local plumbers then I will strongly suggest you to first have a try with CB. Because CB installed our boiler with the similar price of other local plumbers. But main thing is their service and promises of aftercare.

The surveyor come out on time from Glasgow on Monday, as arranged told me everything I needed to know I mentioned what I needed he told me best way & products sorted out prices , I didn’t commit as I had another well known Edinburgh company arrive, he was in less than 2 minutes can’t do this have to do that , I don’t fancy that , we’ll good luck then c you , so went back on phone to CB no problems we can do that so gave go ahead fitted on the Wednesday done & dusted 7.30 am start , brilliant service & price also follow up calls next day can’t fault them. Great boiler too

The work was done very quickly and efficiently. The whole process only took one day. The guys who did the job were very particular and cleaned up all the old equipment when they were done.

I contacted CB Services on Friday regards new boiler , Darren called out quoted new boiler and booked in install for Monday great service . Liam arrived on Monday and fitted new boiler , very neat tidy and old boiler and rubbish collected and taken away. Have to say Martin and the team first class and great after sales from Debbie sending my boiler warranty and gas certificate, anybody looking to get a new boiler at a great price and first class service contact CB plumbing and heating you won’t be disappointed.

First used Calvin and his team 2 years ago when they converted my old gravity fed system to a new boiler on an unvented system. What a difference. Since then they have installed new combi boilers in each of my 3 children’s houses. On each occasion I have found CB Services to be both professional and reliable from the initial contact point through to full installation and follow up. Having had 4 very positive experiences I would happily recommend them to others in the future.

A great company who supplied and fitted my new boiler. I phoned for a quote and one of their staff arrived at my house within 2 hours, advised what would be the best boiler for me at a very competitive price,the fitter arrived at 8.30am the next day and fitted the boiler. the fitter was very efficient and explained the instructions to me which was easily to understand and left the place spotless after he had finished. I have no hesitation in recommending CB Services Group.

The guys arrived on time, and completed the job within the time slot given to me. My kitchen was left clean and tidy, and when everything was done Liam explained how to use my boiler etc.

Great team very professional from first phone call I made. Came and seen what they needed to replace old boiler and said they could replace it next day. The guys came next day on time they did the job in Great time. They also explained everything about boiler and set up wireless thermostat for us,and place was spotless when they left. Excellent service from first phone call to installation. Ross did an excellent job removing my old boiler which I had for 28 years and replaced with a new higher efficiency one. He covered my carpets to ensure no mess and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this company

From start to finish I had a great experience with CB Plumbing and Heating.
The engineers arrived on time , they worked non stop and were very polite and friendly. The price was very reasonable and the guarantee included for 5 years, so I was very happy. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was included in the quote with no optional extras. A a great price too. That was on Friday. Accepted the quote on Monday having reviewed the boiler and comparing with other quotes. John arrived Tuesday to start work. Boy did he work hard! Didn't stop all day and the next. It was obvious he took pride in his work and I must say it was a first class job. John arrived 8.30 and continued until the job was completed on Wednesday. A thorough job well done. He was also an excellent ambassador for the company. Would definitely recommend CB Plumbing and Heating. Thank you.

Ross installed my boiler.. he was very efficient and professional from start to finish... disposed of my old boiler, cleared all debris and left my kitchen clean and tidy . Explained all I needed to know afterwards about new boiler workings.. very happy with CB Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend this company
