Accepted a quote on Monday and by Wednesday evening I had a new boiler and a new radiator. Old boiler and two water tanks removed. All parts of flat protected, any left over bits tidied up and everything left nice and clean. Very cheerful and efficient engineer called Liam. He even brought in his own fan heater to keep me cosy while the work went on.

Great company. Only 2 days between getting quote until full installation. All staff were very professional from Martin Inthe office to Kevin the fitter. Supplied highly efficient system boiler and installed proficiently with any mess tidied up and old boiler disposed off.

Boiler price agreed Friday and installed on Monday without fuss. Good clean professional job completed in good time. Installer was highly proficient, pleasant and polite. I was instructed in the use of the thermostat and a worker cleaned up afterwards. No complaints at all.

Less than 24 hours after receiving my quote from CB Plumbing my new boiler was installed and working perfectly.The install carried out by Liam was neatly done in a very quick time. The Vaillant boiler has a look of perceived quality backed by excellent reviews. The company's selling agent ( sorry I forgot your name) was very efficient and friendly and offered am acceptable price. It wasn't the lowest offered to me but I'm perfectly satisfied with the overall deal and work provided.

On Tuesday 10th December we had a Boiler installation at our house in Lochwinnoch carried out by CB PLUMBING & HEATING,Their Boiler Technician Kevin was very professional from start to finish & we were very pleased with the excellent job at an excellent price.

From the first site visit by the surveyor,to the actual installation day it was a smooth operation.the fitter was very good, polite, respectful, tidy and very experienced. The office kept in contact and i was updated on the process, all and all a very good company would recommend.

Amazing company I was in a hurry as I had no hot water or heating I needed a boiler at a reasonable price and fitted as soon as possible. They came out the next day gave me a quote and then fitted my boiler the next day after that. Great service and great staff couldn't rate them high enough!

My boiler broke on Thursday, i phoned this company initially to enquire if they do repairs or just install new boilers. They sent someone round that night free of charge to look at it and advised my boiler wasn't worth repairing due to its age which i thought would be the case. I was then quoted for a new one and had it installed on the Monday. The guys who fitted it were great, i had a gas leak in my hob and they fixed it aswell at no extra cost. They cleaned up after themselves and you would never know they had ever been there. Very happy now have heating and hot water. Thank you CB plumbing and heating team

Professional service from the quote to completed job. I was quoted an excellent overall package with long warranty and servicing included, with polite no pressure sales. When I decided to go ahead the boiler was fitted within a short window at my convienience. The installer engineer could not have been more courtious and completed the job diligently without a mess. I can honestly recommend this CH service.

Could not be happier with my experience dealing with CB plumbing and heating. I was in desperate need of a new boiler so had Neil round to give me a quote for a new boiler on the Thursday. Martin phoned me later that night to discuss everything and answer my questions. Then Kevin was round the very next day installing my new boiler - Kevin was very polite and respectful of the house and us. By Friday evening I had a brand new boiler installed to immaculate standards and Neil's recommendation so far seems absolutely spot on! I'm sure this turn around isn't always possible but i really appreciate them pulling out all the stops.

Fitter turned up on time and on the day agreed. Before he started he put down carpet protector and wore shoe covers. I informed the company that I was going on holiday on 21/11 with the boiler being fitted on 20/11 but was assured the job would be started and completed in one day and they were true to their word.
The standard of finish is excellent, I'm more than happy with the product and the finish, the installer worked away to finish the job, he's a credit to the company.
This is what you want when someone is doing a job for you, turn up on time and finish when they say and the price you agree is the price you pay, no hidden extras.

Got a new boiler installed on Friday. The Co. were true to their word in every way. The Engineer, John,was on time, very friendly and efficient. He explained all I needed to know. Cleared away all the mess and overall did an excellent job. Would certainly recommend CB Plumbing and Heating Services.
