Before I started coaching with Nicola I was very nervous but she put me at ease straight away. My confidence was at rock bottom and I honestly couldn't see how I was going to improve this.
Coaching with Nicola was amazing I didn't believe that the sessions would improve my confidence and self esteem but after the first session though it was emotionally draining it really had started working. After 3 sessions I can now hold my head high when going into meetings and present myself and the service I manage confidently.
