Easy to use website
Easy to use website, was able to find the item I wanted. Quick and easy to order online. Package arrived within a few days, well packed and in good condition. Only gripe would be the cost of postage, which was pretty much the same as the item itself.

Unfortunately the postage is out of our hands, we'd love to make it cheaper, we're currently trying to work with Royal Mail, to make this happen, but as you can imagine, it's a slow process with them to reach certain targets to get a lower price. We hope this doesn't put you off from using us again.

Great service, the delivery took a lot longer than expected but they reassured me If it wasn’t there by Wednesday they would re send my order but it had came Wednesday morning.
