The Minerva toilet seat was delivered promptly by DPD. However, upon opening the Roper Rhodes box the front of the seat had a large chip with the fragments in the bottom of the box. The toilet seat seal was still intact. I assume the chip had been caused by an impact during transportation. There was no packing or bubble wrap around the seat in the box, & support CCDH to reduce plastic packaging.
I emailed the above with photos to CCDH who responded very promptly. CCDH kindly apologised, advised another seat would be sent immediately which arrived the following day. This package contained more cardboard packing ensuring the seat was in excellent condition. The true testament of a company is how well they respond to unexpected issues & ease of communication.

Wonderful communication from the team, easy pick up, was always willing to help with questions. Very easy fitting and works very efficiently. I was a bit worried if panels would prevent heating effect, but absolutely not. Works perfectly 👌 well.

Great product delivered quickly and well packaged

Fast delivery and a good product. Soap dispenser described as anti vandal and so far they are holding up in a primary school where 7 to 11 year olds seem to destroy everything.

CC discount heating had the product for the cheapest price I could find. A small problem with dispatch was quickly resolved and the items arrived in good time to do the job.

I ordered a replacement toilet seat. It was cheaper than elsewhere, delivery included and it got delivered quicker than indicated. Product is perfect, as described.

Ordered some anthracite rad valves. Unfortunately they arrived damaged. It's not clear how they had been damaged but I contacted CCDH ltd immediately via email sending photos of the damaged valves. Gary responded very promptly, agreed the valves weren't acceptable and arranged for me to return the valves via a courier and also sent new replacement valves out. Valves received a few days later so all okay from that point of view and good customer service thank you Gary. The reason for the 4* is partly for the receiving damaged goods but mainly because I had to wait in for the courier to collect them and they were an hour later than their latest time for the collection slot. Effectively it wiped the whole day out for me which meant I got behind on the project I am doing. Not CCDH Ltd's fault I guess but obviously it's affected my rating to a degree. Would I use CCDH Ltd again? Well, despite the damaged valves I have to say customer service and response was great and for that reason I'd most certainly feel happy to use them again. Maybe CCHD Ltd could consider alternative couriers though?
