If I can give them a 0 star I would, because they don't deserve nothing. The people that work in this company are all fake. They say they are going to help with the situation and they don't. This comp... See more

We own and operate a home & kitchen store in the Maine. Catalist has opened up our ability to source name brands we otherwise wouldn't be able to as a small shop, at the best dealer price as if we wer... See more
As someone who lives in supply chain data, Catalist's approach makes sense. They're not just connecting buyers to inventory- they're building an intelligence layer on top.
I had a costly and stressful experience with The Catalist Group FBA company. My first order, for about $1700, resulted in a ghost shipment requiring a forced refund. Part of the order never received... See more

The best partner for our business
5 stars
5 stars - Found them at ASD, have done a few large high five figure PO’s so far that have went well. Great client portal that’s easy to use.

I’m a smaller fish and was worried about working with a new distributor, but Catalist made it easy. They walked me through everything. Definitely sticking with them long-term
Clear communication and the products…
Clear communication and the products came exactly as expected. Happy I found them.
Unsolicited Account Creation & Concerning Business Practices
I don't remember opening a wholesale account with Catalist Group, yet I received a welcome email from Ana stating that my account had been approved, complete with login credentials. The email initially went to my spam folder until I received a follow-up about scheduling a call.
During our phone meeting, Ana identified herself as the Head of Sales at Catalist Group. Her unprofessional presentation, combined with a heavy foreign accent that was difficult to understand, raised immediate concerns about the company's legitimacy.
Ana then explained that their Amazon ungating service would require extensive access to my Seller Central account, specifically requesting "View/Edit access for Manage Inventory, Add a Product, Manage Selling Applications, and Manage Case Log." This level of access violates Amazon's policies regarding third-party account sharing and presents significant security risks.
When I expressed my hesitation about granting account access and asked if they could provide guidance for me to handle the ungating process myself, Ana's responses were evasive. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, she focused on upselling their service (saying free of cost) and warned that if I attempted ungating independently and failed, no refunds would be provided.
Red flags:
1. Demanding extensive Amazon account access
2. Unprofessional sales approach
3. Evasive responses to legitimate security concerns
4. Threatening no-refund policy for self-service attempts
I strongly advise other Amazon sellers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Their business practices raise serious questions about legitimacy and account security.
Top Shelf Organization
This organization is top shelf all the way. Ana, is great to work with and you can't go wrong with the products and service.
Amazing Experience with Catalist Group!
Amazing Experience with Catalist Group!
Working with Catalist Group has been nothing but smooth and professional. Stefano and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me with my orders. Communication was clear, support was fast, and the products arrived as promised. It’s rare to find a supplier that’s both reliable and genuinely supportive — these guys truly care about their customers.
Highly recommend Catalist Group to anyone looking for a trustworthy supplier.
Client support is the best I've…
Client support is the best I've encountered in the wholesale space. Extremely easy to onboard, order, and track your purchase. Definitely a leader in the space.
BUYER BEWARE. Do your due diligence.
I deleted my review by accident. Catalist reported it and Trustpilot sent me a link requesting information for my review and I only get a 404 page.
So, to reiterate, I stand by my previous review. I have researched over 50 suppliers/distributors for FBA and there are too many red flags here. The Catalist webpage is a form to fill out and that's it. They reach out to you via email and send you a spreadsheet of their available products, with a link to the ASIN on Amazon. They explain that they only work B2B which is why their website contains no product pics, member login, about us, years in business, warehouse details, etc. Go to their website: catalistgroup.co. They have a product with an Order Button and a Learn More button. Neither of these work when clicked on. They do not provide a phone number or take you to another page as the buttons would suggest.
All of the things the dozens of legit suppliers/distributors I work with provide this information and a member login. They don't provide access to a member login page. Just use the content sent to your email to order.
Their address takes you to a shared office/virtual workspace shared by other companies: An AI search reveals: "Other Tenants at Suite 700: Interestingly, Catalist Group is not the only company associated with Suite 700 at 287 Park Avenue South. Other businesses, such as Maatimex LLC, Income Solutions, and Bottle Hill Properties (a real estate broker with a license expiring in February 2026), also list Suite 700 as their address. This suggests Suite 700 is likely a shared or coworking space managed by a provider like Le Parc or Regus, where multiple businesses can operate under the same suite number, further supporting the idea that Catalist Group’s presence may be virtual or part of a shared office arrangement.
Their FB page returns the following: 'This content isn't available right now. When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.' Perhaps they had bad reviews?
I'm sure Catalist will respond again with a vehement denial. I have actually found 3 scammers from the wholesale central site, who have the same lack of transparency as Catalist. All of this review is based on facts and experience, as I am an Amazon reseller. I feel it's my duty to help resellers recognize potential red flags and make an informed decision based on research. As stated, I would NEVER purchase the MOV of $3k from a company that appears to be a ghost. There would be little to no recourse when trying to resolve issues or get a refund. Buyer beware. Do your due diligence.
