Absolutely impossible to get any one to…

Absolutely impossible to get any one to respond. Hold times on the phone are over 2 hours. The advertised website does not function! Have attempted to register multiple times for over a year, and still do not have an account. Supplies are over 17 days overdue and I have no recourse to get the supplies. Seriously wondering if this company is a front for a MEDICAL scam. I have not been able to confirm that they are still in business. A total of over 9 hours on hold, on 5 calls since 6 Apr, 2026 and still do not have resolution. Avoid this company at all cost. I am trying to find a new supplier because CCS Medical customer service is untenable.

I absolutely hate this company…

I absolutely hate this company currently on hold with them holding so far 2 hours no joke. My daughter has type 1 diabetes she did not receive medical supply for March and still waiting. Her Tandem pump battery dies unexpectedly other night pump stopped working and my daughter didn’t receive any insulin she woke up sick and going into DKA.

IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A HUMAN

I waited on hold again yesterday. Endless music, AI reassurances that “Someone will be with you shortly”, yet always the same story. Is anyone working at CCS Medical? I’m not alone. Many, many people are all having the same experience. I’ve called ar least 6 times over the past week and waited a total of 10 hours with NO answer. I’m at a loss. If I didn’t need my supplies so badly, I’d give up completely. Shame on CCS medical and your entire team. Emails, phone calls, and even an attempt to call the company CEO have obtained no success.

I am trying to find out about status of the order who is your customer. You received renewed prescription for supplies for Ilet bionics two weeks ago. We still did not receive anything and cannot reach you. MY HUSBAND WHO IS 84 YEARS OF AGE IS WITHOUT INSULIN DUE TO YOUR NON-COOPERATION.

check e-mail and callllll

this is the 3rd time I have called about my g6 sensors getting sent and still have not talked to anyone! in the last 3 days I have been on hold for a totale1 of 5 hours. today I have not been disconnected yet but the day is still young! The website says still on hold due to documentation missing but it doesn`t say what documentation? After 5 years nothing has changed so what's missing that wasn't there before? I have even texted but still NO CALL BACK!!

No improvement

Here it is, a year later from my last review. No signs of improvement in customer service, accurate orders and communication. Don't bother calling unless you have an hour or two to spare. The automated service kept asking for my 5-digit zip code which I clearly stated, but it kept asking resulting in not identifying me as a customer and switched me to the on-hold for a person position. If a manufacturer has a change or discontinues a product, CCS is very poor about relaying this to the customer for alternatives or discussion. CCS pound their chest about being in business for 30 years...look at their rating percentages, it makes you wonder if anything was learned.

The bad news is that they NEVER answer…

The bad news is that they NEVER answer their calls. The virtual agent cannot help in my situation and I need to talk with billing. I've tried both the billing number and the regular customer service line. On the phone for over an hour each time I try. I finally hang up. I'm trying their help email and hoping someone will respond. I cannot believe this company does not have a responsible customer service line! So frustrating

CCS where have you gone??

CCS where have you gone? My husband’s type 1 diabetic supplies have always been provided in a timely manner with easy to reach pleasant and helpful phone reps. Recently I’ve been on hold for hours during various attempts to reach you by phone over the past weeks. I am given the option to get in line and have my call returned or visit the website. My calls and email have not been returned and the patient portal does not confirm the information I need. This is unreal for a company that was otherwise above bar for service.

Spent 4 hrs on hold

Spent 4 hrs on hold, finally hung up & called back. At this point I choose to have them call me back….they never called!!!! I’m aware that companies are pushing people to use the internet instead of talking to a human however; some of us don’t have computers, or a car to drive to the library. Do better CCS!!!!!!! I’m out of pump supplies & can’t get CCS to answer a call.

Same as all the other complaints

Same as all the other complaints. Worst company to work with in my entire life! Don't answer or respond to anything. And I mean anything. Ex; I have 3 phones lines all on hold for hours. I've sent 6 emails. And this is responding from their voicemail yesterday. Trust pilot needs 0 stars for CCS Medical

STAY AWAY

They are by far the WORST medical company I dealt with. I only had 1 order shipped from them and it was one too many.

After getting my order, I called them during the normal business hours they had listed, only to get an automated response telling me to call during their business hours.

I called back in a couple of days and was told it was approximately a 5 minute wait. I waited over 2 hours the represtative said I need to speak to the pharmacist, but they just closed.

I was told she will send a message for the pharmacist to call me the next day and after a week I never got a call.

They are dealing with patients medical needs and they are awful.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Been waiting for my medical supplies now for 4+ weeks as supplies dwindle, of course I've re-ordered due to the dwindling. After 2 prior phone calls both requiring a 30 minute wait I made a 3rd (and again waited) and during this call they demanded a $75.00 Co-Pay which I did pay. Then after another 2+ weeks waiting & noting that for the past 2 weeks their own Internet site stated my order was entirely green lighted to ship it had not.........so I called a 4th time and again waited and the agent told me my products were on hold pending payment - then she said "oh, I see you already paid"..........I had to waste 40 minutes of my time just to inform these idiots they already had my money..................I am really quite sure all this company cares about is money, patients are of little concerne.

I am extremely disappointed with CCS…

I am extremely disappointed with CCS Medical and their recent handling of our daughter’s insulin pump supplies.

My 13-year-old daughter has Type 1 Diabetes. She requires a continuous supply of insulin to stay alive. These supplies are not optional — they are medically necessary and time-sensitive.

For years, CCS Medical would process our order, bill insurance first, and then send us a bill if anything was owed. Because she has two insurances, our responsibility has typically been $0.

Recently, CCS changed their policy and now requires nearly $500 upfront BEFORE placing the order and BEFORE submitting to insurance. We paid almost $500 at the beginning of February for her supplies.

Since then:

The supplies have not shipped.

Insurance has not been processed.

We cannot reach anyone by phone despite multiple calls and hours on hold.

Emails have gone unanswered.

Based on social media comments, this appears to be a common issue.

Meanwhile, my daughter is nearly out of the life-sustaining supplies she needs.

It is unacceptable for a medical supply company to collect large upfront payments for critical diabetic supplies and then fail to deliver the product or communicate with families. This has caused significant stress and put our child’s health at risk.

We trusted CCS Medical. That trust has been broken. We are requesting an immediate shipment or a full refund so we can move to another supplier.

I would strongly caution other families who depend on timely medical supplies.

Horrible customer service

Hours on hold for two days and no one answers. When I select to have my call returned, they don't. How does Medicare justify forcing their clients to use a company with 95% reviews 1* and 4% are 2*?
This company needs to get someone to answer the phone and call clients back. When prompted, I gave my number for a callback. No one has. I sent an email to their help line and got no response. I am trying to order CGM supplies for my Type 1 brittle diabetic husband and the patient portal order is wrong. He will run out of supplies before I get a response! I feel frightened and customers should never feel that way. This is a life-threatening illness.

Don't use CCS

If I could give less than a one rating I would!! I have waited a ove a month and my new pump still isn't here plus I'm not able to log into the useless website. I don't understand why Tandem would even use this company for service of their product.
