So refreshing to speak to a company that understand the products they sell. Very impressed and would highly recommend if you are looking to install an alarm system yourself - they will guide you through it!

I only went in to buy a cheap DVR replacement but the gentleman was extremely helpful & even swapped the hard drive over for me. He even reassured me help was a phone call away if I needed any further assistance which I did as firstly I couldn’t obtain a picture on the screen then I couldn’t set up on my phone. Faizal was incredibly helpful & talked me through the process & sorted my issues. Highly recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Was having an issue with my legacy MaxxOne CCTV HDD system, it all appeared in good order but there was no HDMI output. I went online to Global Security looking at options in case I had replace the system and received some excellent technical support and advice from Fez who’s knowledge and experience was second to non , within a brief online conversation I was directed to replace the power adaptor despite all indications suggesting it was fine ( power light on and HDD reading indicator light illuminated) . I did as suggested and was soon back up and running , really appreciated the level of support and based on this will make Global Security my first port of call for all future CCTV & Alarm requirements.

I rang up with a technical issue as I had inadvertently removed an impact sensor from a door that I was working on. In my panic I tried to rewire it myself but to no avail. I contacted Global security to assist me in this matter and he went above and beyond to help me and walk me through the correct way to wire it up and reset the system. He gave me his personal number and then let my video call him so that he could assist me. This is extraordinary to me as a lot of companies would have rubbed their hands together for an easy payday but not these guys. I truly am forever grateful.
