Disgusting Customer Service
Had an alarm system from this company. When I needed a replacement battery for the sounder box I referred to the Manual for the replacement product code and ordered the appropriate battery using this code. When it arrived it didn't fit the sounder. When we contacted CCTV Central we were advised that the sounder model had been changed by the manufacturer but the manuals were not changed and all paperwork referred to the previous model. The company admitted being aware of this but said we were at fault for ordering the wrong battery! We sent pictures of all the manuals and paperwork sent with the alarm and were made to feel like liars as they said a revised document was sent - it wasnt. We were expected to pay the cost of returning the item via recorded delivery, almost as much as the cost of the battery.
The attitude of the sales person was unhelpful, bordering rude and I definitely would not use or recommend this company. If you have a visonic powermax complete alarm system do not rely on the product codes used in the paperwork for ordering your replacement parts as it could work out to be very expensive part!
