Great efficient service with very competitive prices! Had just the kit I was looking for and provided extra information promptly when I contacted via email. Dispatched and delivered quickly!

Our old NVR failed so I contacted CCTVKits. Not only are they transparent with the pricing, they also helped me set up the device over the phone as I was stuck on a couple of settings.

I bought the CCTV kit online including 3 cameras, cat6 cable, 8tb hard drive with NVR. When I bought three cameras, the website recommended three junction box compatible with the cameras so I bought it trusting it would fit. But at the time of installation, we found out that they wrongly suggested these junction boxes as it wasn’t fitting and the junction box holes were not matching the cameras. Therefore, I have to buy another three square (Standard junction box that fits next to the cameras on the wall) junction box to finish the installation. At the moment the installation looking very bad and unprofessional due to the junction box next to the cameras. When I explained this to the. Cctv kits they refused to accept and blame me for choosing the wrong junction box. After the arguments they were ready to refund but refused to send someone to pickup as these boxes are heavy and shipping costs would be more than its actual price. Therefore I would recommend avoiding buying from this website, once they get the money they won’t care.

It's fair to say I've been a nightmare customer. Little or no knowledge of the systems and how to install them. Jamie has provided help throughout the process, from what to choose, how to install and any issues we had. To say he's gone above and beyond is putting it lightly.

Great advice and assistance on CCTV system upgrades - equipment supply was next day- clarity on new cameras at night was beyond expectation, so much so that I replaced everything - Jamie was a complete star throughout :-)

Not trustable company, I have bought a ecoflow product from this company which was experience product, Very bad customer service, offer customer promise price match the cheapest in the market will not match, also offer 14-day cooling off period BUT charge very high return postage which is £100, and also charge very high restocking fee for £90(cardboard box damage), Do not buy from company and avoid this company...

I used this company years ago when I first began my CCTV journey. It has been a long time coming but I decided to upgrade some of my cameras.

I reached out via email and was promptly replied to by Nathan who answered my query and offered me some awesome customer service in ordering a new camera.

Will definitely by using CCTV Kits for all my CCTV needs and I'd advise for everyone to do the same

Pre-sales support was very good. Responsive chat online on the main site was manned by a human, not a bot, and answered all my questions, including volunteering information and suggesting alternatives. I purchased a professional system and shipping was lightning fast, way faster than the 3-5 days quoted, next business day.

This is my first Hikvision system and it was very straightforward to set up, working well with both older legacy wired cameras and newer wireless IP cameras. Will definitely use this supplier again.

Pleasant experience.

Compare to past experience with companies, I found this company to be very efficient. I missed items of my first order, gave the number a call asked for advice and the next day the rest of the order arrived. Very quick a speedy delivery.

I am, to say the least, perplexed by the poor reviews I just read. That is not my experience at all. I have been searching for a replacement DVR and to be frank, found the CCTV industry bl👀dy terrible in general. No one hardly ever replies to emails or answers the phone. When I did get a response I literally got told to go elsewhere. I then went to DVR producers and got the same message except for one. To cut a long story short, this company answered emails, provides an online chat that is manned, and also answers the phone. In addition, they were helpful, open and honest, and stand by their promises. On that basis, I purchased a Hikvision DVR from them. My reason for that brand was that no one in Hikvision ever replies to emails or the phone except for one department, support. I had a fantastic response from their support agent and after that, I had no reservations in buying that brand. Cctvkits are an official supplier of Hikvision. The company Cctvkits offer a support system for installation which is a major plus if they fulfill their promises, which they have up to now. even if that isn't the case or it proves difficult, I know I can go to Hikvision support and access support from them. Thanks to Jay at Hikvision support for all his help and advice. Everyone at Cctvkit too, especially Callum, I think his name was. I only got his name on the chat and haven't got a record of it, so sorry if I got the name wrong. (It's my age😁). Bottom line is, I have no reservations recommending Cctvkits and will update this if possible to reflect how I find their after-sales service.

Not recommend for the traders. They use DPD but not allow to choose a delivery options like Deliver to Safe Place, Neighbours, or ParcelShop for collection. I am surprised they deal with traders. First and last experience with cctvkits, shame as well made website.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a product from them however I wasn't able to use it for some time and when it came to using it it turned out the product was faulty.

I contacted them on a long shot they'd offer a refund or replacement product and they couldn't of been more supportive. Amazing company!

Brought I cctv kit in June and the dvr stopped working. I tried to call them to return it to be fixed however they kept asking me to send pictures and never got back to me on what could be done to resolve the issue . This went on for several weeks and I was constantly chasing them as they never returned my calls or answered my emails .. shocking service and if you are thinking of purchasing any products from this company think again . I’m now out of pocket due to me having to go to another company to buy another cctv . Don’t be fooled by this company..

Outstanding company and recommend without hesitation. Superb personal service and we bought in complete confidence. Delivery was fast and as promised and they were constantly helpful with the few pre and subsequent queries we had. We chose, from their advice, 4 turret cameras, one of which was a zoom. Their recommendation was spot on. The picture quality is first rate and the software makes for easy playback and downloading. On the zoom camera we use the ‘smart’ facility which shows an orange segment instead of the blue when there is activity – thus making interrogating the recordings very fast and simple. The sensitivity on this smart facility can be adjusted to eliminate ‘noise’ such as pigeons or neighbourhood cats. Our installation advice is to go along to a branch of that well-known company where you can get a tool but not a train and buy the following: BNC connectors 33mm x 22.5mm x 10mm, £0.55 each; Junction boxes (75mm x 42mm, 3-nipple) £1.57 each, 6mm cable clips, £1.45 for 100. We used these BNC connectors because those supplied by CCTV kits require a crimp tool (c£15) and some considerable skill and practice to make a good connection. The BNC connectors you buy yourself require no skill whatsoever so your choice. You could be up and running with four cameras in just a few hours depending on how professional you want your cabling to look and whether you’re working off ladders. It took us about two days to completely install all four cameras and the cabling, with our cabling taking up most of that time (all neatly clipped in place making for a professional appearance). Once the cameras are installed and connected to the NVR, the pictures immediately appear on your monitor and you’re done! We unhesitatingly highly recommend both CCTV Kits and their equipment - and it’s not often anyone can say that about a company and their product.

Purchased four camera system, found the supplied 2tb HDD was faulty. Informed Jamie and new HDD arrived the next day. Super customer service.
System now installed, no problems.
