found items fast. order was good

I ordered Titanfall key yesterday, exactly 28 hrs ago and didn't receive anything. I've written to their support several times and got no answer. Is this a scam? Why won't they answer me?

So yea i was looking for cheap Battlfield 4 premium keys when i stumble upon cdkeygo.com. i first asked if the cd key was availible for the country i lived in. Withing a FEW seconds i got a response with the answer. So i made my way through the payment and suddenly got a weird message when i should redirect back to the site ('Some parameters are missing' page). first thing i did was ask customer support, the same guy (or gal, sorry ;P) and he already knew what was going on, so i checked my spam mail, there it was, quick as hell! and tried the cd-key, it was an used cd-key. So i went back and i asked if he wanted to see a print screenshot of the failed cd-key so i sended him one. And so he sended me a new one , and that one was good! very good customer support! how they send cdkey's through mail could be better.....

1st game I bought was Titanfall for my little brother as a gift. Key came in my email after 30mins.
The next day.
I decided to buy Titanfall for myself. Been waiting for the key all day (7 hours) and now their system says "Anti-fraud Verification Pending." Even thought I used the same payment method "HiPay wallet"
btw this system sucks.
Well at least the support is fast through the email.

Looks like after all there's nothing wrong with the company itself!
The problem seems to be with the payment method that I used.
I'm going to leave the 4 stars rating because the experience wasn't after all that bad, and CdkeyGo had no sign of malicious intent and I finally got my key. :)

tl;dr Good company, bad payment method.

Now that I finally get the code I can say that this company is really really helpful.
I initially thought to have been robbed, but this morning one of the staff of the store told me where there was the error: I created two accounts, with the first I was not able to pay, with the second one yes, but couldn't access to my personal page as during recording had entered an invalid email address.
if you have not already done buy from them!!! :) Sorry for my bad english :(

On march 15 I bought a key for titanfall (36 euros) but for some reason during the payment with paypal apperead a
error showing me that it hadn't reached them. I went on my paypal account to see what it was going on and I saw that the payment for the company g2s was completed, I then emailed their support, but they didn't answered me; I tried to contact their online staff and they said me to contact g2s.com that didn't help me again. So what can I do now? I've had a really bad experience and I want my money back or my code. Please help me!

Ordered Titanfall but dint look well and got mail that it was out of stock. So I emailed that I wanted a refund. In 5 mins i got email back that it was no problem but that they already have the keeps and shipping them. So I dint order and got the key after 3 mins. Great support nice and quick.

So I was struggling because I really wanted Arma 3 but It is pretty expensive on Steam so while I was watching a stream a guy posted a link of a website which had a huge discount on Arma 3. My eyes couldn´t belive the low prices so I immediately proceed to buy the game. When I tried to redeem the code, it didn´t worked, as I am pretty paranoid I got scared thinking that it wasn´t working because of my location. I was sad but the in the page I saw a chat of an agent to use in case I needed help. I told him about what was going on and he helped me and it worked! The response was quick and helpfull! In my opinion it´s a well made digital-store with great staff. If I would recommend? Of course!

So I read some reviews/forum posts saying these guys were scammers and it got me a bit worried - especially since I only found negative reviews/forum posts *after* having already bought a key based on the positive reviews.

So I got worried. Release date passed and I still didn't have my Titanfall key. Now I was really worried. So I asked a question on CDKeygo.com's facebook page. A couple hours...no answer. Later on I do get one though - the keys are all sent out. Worry intensifies.

I take a gander at my spam folder and there it is. Waiting for me for 14+ hours.
So if you use Gmail and didn't get the key you bought, check your spam. Otherwise according to my experience, these guys are legit. The key activated on Origin with no fuss.
