They don't return my money…
They don't return my money back(1650EUR).
I agreed with a seller to buy a bike from Netherlands, he shipped the bike by using ACL company(Seller said ACL Company is reliable, your money is secure) I transferred money to ACL Spanish bank account but the payment was rejected and they explained the account had reached a limit. They sent me new account which is in Italy, payment was successfully done but they didn't deliver my bike, they said delivery car has been crashed and bike damaged. They said that my money would be returned within 2-7 work days but totally 10 days passed and I'm still waiting for the money return...

ACL Logistics / Cdllogistica - SCAM / FRAUD
I wanted to buy a bicycle on the internet and the seller suggested to use this escrow service, which looked reliable to me at first sight.
He would deliver his bike to their custody and I would pay EUR 1,600 to their account. They are world wide so not a problem that the account was in Spain. The payment was rejected and they explained the account had reached a limit (strange?).
Then, they sent me a new account no. which was in Italy (I should have backed out here ... ). I transferred the payment and they kept telling me that they never received the payment. This is now 11 days ago I transferred the money via EUR SEPA (which takes max. 2 days) and they appear to have totally vanished in the blue sky.
There are no phone numbers to call, now emails are ignored, their customer account only tells me they are waiting for the money, but they stopped communicating with me.
I was very upset and have all the evidence from my own bank that the money has been transferred. But they ignore my requests and emails.
I asked my bank to investigate, but no results yet.
