I have contacted CDON customer service to help in a matter with one of their vendors called Solution4YOU who provided incomplete product details on measurements for a projector screen. I cannot use the product due to the incomplete measurements information provided and therefore need to return the product.
They keep looping my message back to the seller - who refuses to admit basically that they have incomplete data on product.
I am therefore forced to pay for an international package to return a product on my own expense because CDON is basically not helping at all in this dispute and just loops back my messages to the seller.
Fine goods, no problems with quality. A bit expensive, but alternatives are becoming sparse. Very annoying that you cannot select which delivery shop they deliver to, which is the main reason for giving 3 stars.
Was going to order from them, but after reading about people's experiences with them I wait until other shops got what I want

I had a pleasant experience with them. Bought an electric saw online. There webpage was user friendly and description of the products were good enough to help me make the right choice.
Such a bad service they take a payment from me but didn’t deliver my package it’s almost 3 weeks now and don’t even reply to my email such a bad customer service
Item arrived damage. Customer support initially responds with an offer of 20% deduction. We declined as we want a new item. Then customer support just stops responding entirely, even after we sent 2 follow up emails.
SCAM - No money returned.
I made an order and the article was broken. Didn’t work even though I tried to follow the instructions they asked me to, because of course it was broken, sent pictures and videos to them.
I had to beg to return the article. They insist I had to pay which is ridiculous, but what would I do with an article that doesn’t work?!
So I ended up accepting and they should deduct the money from the purchase and return the rest of the money to me.
They have already confirmed that they received the article but has been a month and they haven’t returned my money.
IT IS A SCAM COMPANY! Never buy anything from here.

Wrong product information they sent me last years model. Other items from the same order are still not delivered 2 months later, customer support informs that it can take up to a month to figure out where the package is, but then they close the ticket after 14 days because there is no updates. 🤪
Ordered a simple product.
The product had not arrived after a month.
I contacted customer support, they just ignored me.
The staff is incompetent
My package dont arrive in norway, the tracking doesnt work from their side and the customer service is ignoring me. Thanks for nothing. Dont expect me to be back - AVOID SPENDING YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!
Have bought items at CDON before and it was ok.
But when I had to return some books, everything went wrong.
I returned the books and they were recieved by the publisher on the 23. of November.
The 11. of January “qliro” charged me the money.
I complained and then I was sent back and forth between cdon-support, the publishers support and qliro. Qliro wrote me that the return had not been registered.
Nothing happened but lots of friendly emails forth and back.I several times included all emails. But I never got my money back.
On the 27. of January CDON closed the case because they considered the problem as handled.
Never did I get such a poor service!
Received an item with defects. Have sent an email 24/12 with pictures, but not heard from them, have been given a case number (5875178), but it doesn't matter when they don't get back to me. Poor service and not ok when received a defect item, why not try to find a solution? As it is now, I have given a gift to my daughter who is with defects.
Price was somewhat fine, but delivery took forever and even had to ask for some progress - maybe PostNord but the again maybe also because cheapest possible freight had been chosen
Everything went as it should. Fast delivery even though it was just before Christmas😊
