I booked a dishwasher repair for an appliance that is less than 6 months old. I was given an all day appointment for the repair. I took the day off work and waited and no body came, apparently they didn’t have the correct details for me on the system and the engineer had an emergency so couldn’t attend or notify me. the engineer rescheduled for the following day, I took the day off again and no one has showed up. The customer service told me on the email that the all day appointment is 8-6pm and assured me an engineer would arrive. No one arrived. This company is highly unprofessional and waste peoples time. Shame on curry’s for using them, I will not be buying another appliance with the store if I have to use this company in future for any repairs. I would have appreciated a call to update me. No idea if the engineer will show up tomorrow or what the excuse will be for the not showing up today.

Pathetic service, I had to put 1 star as I can’t put less.
Booked a repair and as they didn’t record details correctly despite several attempts engineer sent job back, job cancelled and could rebook over a week later. Info from curry’s did not match what they said, curry’s had said 12 months warranty on repairs these said only 90 days Do not use these for anything
