Showing wrong information about car.
0 Information. Compared to other similar providers this one didn't provide anything!
No car information, no pictures, no odo, no sale date ... nothing at all!
Report that contains almost no information. Even the car model is wrong. A mess of a platform. I paid 60 lei (discount code, so to speak) for nothing. I filed a complaint with the ANPC, not for the amount, but someone has to draw attention to "opportunists" like this. I also attached screenshots with the report, so you can see the scam. So, please, don't use it. You're wasting time and money. I got more information for free from Vincario.
Absolute scam !
I have paid for a report - it came back blank. I requested a refund, and also paid for another report somewhere else (that one came with all of the info that i needed).
Cebia somehow managed to bring some info the next day, after i have paid another supplier ... and they denied to refund the money.
So overall, i paid the same report in 2 different places, and while Cebia was not able to initially find details, the other supplier found them.
Just avoid them ... there are some other sites that can provide reports that actually have some meaningful details in them ...
The hole point of getting this report was that it was stated that vehicle details were available and would be in the report.
However there were NO details on the equipment of the car. As for me the reason for ordering the report was that equipment details were needed, it turns out that my money was wasted, DON'T use this site!!!!!
The biggest scam possible.
I purchased a check for a 2022 Kia Sportage, and the report was so poor that they offered me another one for free to check a different car. But what am I supposed to do with it? It’s not like I buy cars regularly, like a dealer.
I sent an email to the staff requesting a refund in exchange for the free report, but no one has replied to me even to this day…
I do not recommend it, wasted money
Car history website that lists source data countries for which they have zero records.
I've ran a report for my car, that was in Switzerland for 15 years, and it returned no data - despite the country being listed among the 32 ones that provide car history data to Cebia.
An absolute scam!
