Terrible terrible terrible

Terrible terrible terrible . Stay as far away from this retailer as possible ! Bad news ! Bad , worst retailer out there ! I purchased abs then returned ( at my expense cost me 17$) without AWB otherwise it would have cost me 28$ . I chose the cheaper way of shipping back which is bad customer service to begin with . They received my items but claimed I didn’t have an AWB so couldn’t reimburse me . So they NOT only robbed me of my money but also got the items returned for it . So it was a win win for them . They are not worthy and thieves . Do NOT purchase from them under any circumstances. You will regret it ! They are in China so to ship back if item is damaged or not good is costly , time consuming , and very very inconvenient. Terrible source / retailer / humans .

I ordered some bras that took 4-5 weeks…

I ordered some bras that took 4-5 weeks to receive. They were not what I expected and of poor quality. I began a dialogue with the company only to learn that they expected me to pay the return shipping cost to CHINA which was in excess of $100.00. Needless to say not going to do that. I'm out the cost of the order. Merchandise from this company comes from China which is why it takes so long to get her. Make sure if you order from this company you are aware of peril of buying from them.

I ordered my son boxers like 6 pair and…

I ordered my son boxers like 6 pair and it took me 2 months to get them in the mail not only did it take forever I GOT 4 PAIR OF THE SAME BOXERS!!! Not what I ordered and then to think I spent over 100 dollars on something I didn’t order!!!! VERY UPSET!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I ordered ethika underwear for my boyfriends birthday and the items took 4 weeks only to receive something I did not order and not his size. Customer service is rude and sent me a screenshot of my tracking that you can not see on the site. The images on site are pointless you something for fun because they send you random items that are not compatible to what you asked for. Disappointed!

Bad Customer Service

I got three squishmallows and it took over a month to ship. One of them was defected so I emailed hoping to return it. The quality of all of them wasn't what I expected either. They said they’d give me a 10% return which was around $2 for the $17.99 squishmallow. I said that I’d hoped for an exchange because I’d still like one or I will return it for a full refund and they haven’t answered me in over a week. They finally responded after I sent a follow up email and they said I would have to return it on my own and pay for shipping. Shipping by USPS cost over $40 because I had to return it to China from my location. It was not worth it so I didn't go through with the refund. This has been the worst experience I've had so far and I don't recommend buying from this place.

If I could scream I would

If I could scream I would. Prior to undergoing my first c section I ordered two plushies for my brothers. It took two weeks untill I noticed a shipment confirmation was never sent. I inquired about the item and was told literally copy and pasted “just wait, how are we supposed to get them to you today?”.... I was Infuriated and demanded a cancellation and full refund be issued. I was then told (after hours of waiting) that they will need a 10 percent fee of the return because the items were already ready. Yet they were never shipped. If the items were ready, wouldn’t they have shipped?
I spoke to this Xiaoran Zhao email (which ofcourse sounds suspicious) and after about 28 emails begging for a refund before I underwent major surgery, I was told they items were shipped, I am stuck with unwanted items and I will not be receiving my return. I have 15 emails demanding to speak to a manager and all of which was ignored. I am too weak to fight against this but I hope this helps many steer clear from ever purchasing from here !

Took 3 weeks to arrive

Took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered the size Medium and received the size Extra-large. Poor quality manufacturing and the customer service is poor quality. They don't give a damn about the customer. Very disappointed. I highly do not recommend to purchase from this company.
