Really bad quality

Really bad quality! Nothing to do with France , nor Paris, is all made in China!
After i paid 3 products, i only received 2, i send them back and after 5 months DID NOT receive my money back! No refund received and did not get any answer from them!

This site couldnt send my order for 2 months and then I ask for refund, and they didnt send my money its been 3 months now, dont buy anything from there,
They are not unreliable!!!! I sent dozen of mails they didnt even take me seriously.

Trash! Never again!!

Never again!!! Website looks like a French one, it is not! No European website uses so many Asian models. If you’re based in Europe, you will have to pay custom. One item was missing, most of the items didn’t match the pictures. I returned on my own cost, never got a confirmation or any store credit, not to mention that missing item. 700 Euro are just wasted! !

Super scam!

Super scam! Their boots came with no box, poor packaging. So they have creases. This is unacceptable for boots which is $200. Moreover, these boots can be found at Aliexpress for a much cheaper price like 1/5 of their price (even they were on sale already). They are reselling and dropshipping stuffs from Aliexpress. Unbelievable! I have ordered a pair of boots from Aliexpress to compare the product. Cedelar's customer support is horrible and they don't want to cover the return fee of their CHEAP FAKE product. As I read the reviews, some of their customers had the same problem and didn't get their money back even they sent back the product and paid for the shipping fee. People be aware, research, and check the product carefully before placing the order! You might found their product somewhere else at a much cheaper price. Save your time and energy!

Worst customer service

I've made an order more than a year ago. Ordered around 10 items. Half of the items didn't arrive, another half was wrong color/size. Emailed and DMd a number of times, first they responded that the delays are due to Covid19, however afterwards just stopped responding. No refund was offered, obviously.

FAKE China label and extremely not nice customer service!Never ever will order something from this FAKE label!
I ordered shoes!
First I didn’t get a confirmation email!
When the shoes arrived they were small and super fake quality for the price of 80 euro!
Really bad!
I asked them to refund and return the items and they said that only if the item is damaged I can return them!OMG they are small and i can’t wear them!
Really not nice!
Extremely awful and annoyed!
NEVER EVER FROM THEM 😒

Fake!!!

Fake!!!! I received items that I ordered in a tightly packed smelly plastic bag. Purses looked like they were made out of rubber scraps - with holes on the inside; broken jewelry. The coat that I ordered I later found on a different website (souk and sepia) at 1/4 of the price (you can google image their items). They either resold that one ripping off the label or made a copy at a Chinese sweatshop (the package arrived from China). There are NO RETURNS! Check the website. You can supposedly return damaged items. I contacted the “customer support” and they told me to ship my items to some address in France, which is not shown on the website. I sent all the damaged items there and paid for the delivery (!) and NEVER RECEIVED MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS. Beware. Do not buy!!!

Don't buy anything from the site

Don't buy anything from the site. It's just a scam. The goods come from China and not from France and therefore have high customs duties!!!! The quality is just as terrible. After many emails I was able to return the goods, but I was told that it had not arrived, even though I specifically chose a tracking number that showed that it had arrived. Only after threats of legal consequences and thanks to paypal did I get my money back.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE. ordered the Juny jeans on January 12th. It is now March 1st and they still have not shipped. They were supposed to be shipped to me in 12-16 days. Emma Martin, the contact support, is completely useless. They never answer, and when they do, they refuse to refund you your money. I plan on contacting my bank to get my money back. This company is such a disappointment and an absolute waste of time. Save yourself the stress and do not order from here.

They take your money but do not ship the products!

I placed an order and haven't heard from them ever since. I paid during the placement. Took a screenshot of the bill, which is promising 12-16 days international delivery. I saw that they are not going to make it because they have never even shipped out the shirt I paid for!!! The customer support (person named Emma Martin) declines to cancel and refund me, and instead lies straight to my face that the fabric is run out and they will make exclusive shirt for me.. then she stops answering!! They have never ever contacted me saying that some materials were gone so that I need to wait extra, they are just buying time to themselves...

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY from CEDELAR and I also should have trusted real reviews and not fake positive ones!

UPDATE: after making the payment claim with my bank, I unexpectedly got the product from China (no email about shipping or tracking was ever sent to me). The quality of the product is NO good: the button is not attached to the shirt, does not feel like cotton and there is no tag at all that shows materials composition and how to wash the shirt... But the biggest problem still is the CUSTOMER SERVICE: no English skills, unprofessional

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - after reviving my parcel, one of the items was missing. I’ve emailed customer services yet never got a reply. When I messaged them on insta they said I’d be refunded - twice. This never happened and I never received a refund email. Now they’ve stopped replying to me. Quality of the blazer that arrived was beyond poor and the stitching was awful. All made in China

DO NOT BUY

The juny jeans looked NOTHING like they do on the website. I had a friend who ordered them a few months ago and they looked fine, but they must have changed their manufacturer recently because I got cheap, poor quality jeans in the mail yesterday. Super disappointed. Also can’t get a hold of customer service for a refund.

Terrible shipping and terrible clothes

Terrible shipping and terrible clothes. It took me over a month to receive my item and when it showed up looked completely different from the picture, was wayyyy off from the measurements listed, felt like very very cheap material, and smelled like cheap clothing made in china.

Be aware of taxes!

I love the shirt, but the quality of the knit was not good. Also, if you live in scandinavia be aware that they don’t ship from EU like it says on the website, it came from Dubai and i had to pay 50 € in taxes on a 86 € order...

Not client-friendly!!!

Ordered a coat. No complaints about the quality of the item. But the service is awful. Very big problem to change the size and their excuse to do it is ridiculous. Client support by the email never answers, the Instagram manager is slow and rude.

I wish I had never ordered anything

I’m really sorry, but don’t buy there anything.
1) The quality is horrible
2) I had to pay 75€ customs
3) Now I want to send the whole order (350€) back, I have to pay 75€ again customs.
I’m really sorry, but that’s my truth and I’m allowed to say my opinion.
Now I want to send everything back, but they won’t give me any information how I can return it. I'm already bombing them with E-Mails, to get some informations how I can send the clothes back and get my money back.... looks like I wohnt get my money bag.
