The item description for the 42 x 21 x2.5mm unistrut is misleading. The pricing clearly states £19.20 for 3. The description states a 3mtr length so it clearly implies that you get 3 x 3mtr lengths.... See more

Store experience
The process for ordering on line was straightforward, although when having the delivery to store, I was surprised that a delivery charge was added.
A member of staff at the Aldershot branch rang me to inform me that my order was ready for collection. On the two occasions I have spoken to a member of staff at this branch, they have been very helpful. Overall, apart from the delivery charge for orders to the store, everything has been good.
