I have an ongoing dispute with this company. I purchased 2 lots of product and then I had an advice that another order was on its way and my PayPal account had been charged without my authority. When I queried it I had to make contact twice before I received a reply only to be told I’d made a mistake and ticked ‘Subscribe’ and they’d cancel it and let me have the products at a 30% discount. In the meantime I’d been receiving almost daily emails asking me to subscribe and despite their subscriptions being for 3 or 6 mth supply, this order had been sent in just under 2 months from my previous order. On further investigation I found this is a regular practice by this company. I’m still waiting on a reply to my previous 2 emails. Beware before ordering

I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Products are nothing special and the customer service is appalling. I had a quarterly subscription with Cel which after 2 users I requested to cancel. They wrote back confirming the cancellation, but then continued taking money without my consent and without any products to show for it. I have written to them numerous times to get my money back, but had no reply. Do not sign up with this company they are scamming people for money !!

It’s a shame you discontinued the Cel MD Growth Serum. After looking for something that could help me with chronic hair loss for more than 30 years (to the point I was looking for wigsI), I found your wonderful product and my hair loss completely stopped. I couldn’t believe it! It was like a miracle! Unfortunately I’m starting loosing it again. It’s really sad you don’t do it anymore…. Maybe in a future…

The Microstem Shampoo and Conditioner are great products. The bottles are small but this is outweighed by the fact its so good.

Hi..have only started using the shampoo product and have noticed a difference. My hair started to thin because of a medication i take. Also very happy with prompt replies when asking a question to the team.

Do not order through this company it automatically takes money out of your account every month and you can’t cancel it my 76 year old mother has had money taken out every month she is on a pension they don’t care , and has only had one lot of products arrive now I need to cancel her card to stop it . I warn you don’t do it . And they will also send you links too cancel and it will not open the page also when you ring it’s a recording Please don’t go there .

I have tried a few shampoos and conditioners from other companies and gave them a fair trial.

Cel definitely comes out tops I started using Cel shampoo and conditioner in August and have not been disappointed, my hair loss is noticeably less when washing it, it looks and feels in superb condition and my hairdresser has commented on how much the length has increased (it was then when I confessed to her I was using Cel products).

Also I have received many compliments regarding the condition and length of my hair from family and friends.

I’m not sure if it’s getting any thicker as I’d say it was far too early to comment but will continue to use Cel as it has definitely improved the overall condition and length of my hair.

I have used their customer service a couple of times and I’m very satisfied with their speedy response and positive outcome.

I say give their products a fair trial and you will not be disappointed.

Had acrylic nails for many years so my own nails were heavily damaged. Tried everything to make them strong again but no luck until I found cel nail pen. Saw improvement in few weeks and use daily to maintain. So glad I found this.

I have used cel shampoo and conditioner for more than 2 years. My hair has never been healthier. I love this product and plan to use for years to come

I have used cel products for over 2 years and have be very pleased with the results. My family, friends and stylist have all noticed the difference in my hair. My stylist is now telling his clients about Cel and some of my friends are also using Cel products. Nothing works for everyone but I recommend trying Cel.

I used to have very coarse, thick hair but it has thinned out very much and gone limp now that I'm in my 70s. I started using Cel thickening shampoo and conditioner 2 years ago. It's a very good shampoo. My hair is filling in. It's supple. I can work with it and it actually looks good...better than ever.

I love the shampoo and conditioner the most! I have long, black, and very course hair and it’s difficult to get shampoo and conditioner to do their job so I can manage my hair. By far, Cel MD out perform Aveda products. I would know, I’ve been using Aveda for the last 20 years.. Love what it does for my hair. Glad I tied it. Thank you.

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair has stopped falling out and it feels so much thicker, and easier to manage. I don't want to use any other hair products.

I have used many of Cel products, hair stimulating serum, shampoos and conditioners, nail treatment, and eyelash eyebrow serum. over all i think the products are made from high quality ingredients the eyelash and eyebrow product was incredible, i love the results. same for the shapoos and conditoners and nail treatment. Now the hair treatment, did improve my hair but knowing there is no real cure via topical, AT ALL...dont fool yourself into believing there is a magic potion out there...I knew my results were not going to be what I wish they were (a full head of hair) but it did strengthen my existing hair . All in all Great products, that i regularly use!

My husband used these products and recommended them to me. My hair had been thinning due to menopause and stress so I gave this a try. When I ordered and took the test the recommendation was for thickening shampoo and conditioner. I love them. My hair looks the best it has in sometime plus the frizz is under control (which is nearly impossible). My hair is smooth and soft. My last order did fall through the cracks however and it took awhile to work it out but they did. I am happy with the solution and customer care. This is an excellent product from an excellent company. But one caveat here, there are several companies who have a domain name that is similar and it is easy to get routed to the wrong site. That is frustrating and unfortunate.

I always get prompt shipping with CEL. I like the microstem shampoo and conditioner.

I tried Cel products when my thinning post menopausal hair began to feel like straw and break off. It was difficult to style and didn’t seem to hold it for even an hour. I tried the Cel Microstem Shampoo and Conditioner. At the time, a complimentary jar of the hair mask came along I with my order.
Following, my very first use I felt like my hair had more moisture back in it. I think
it was the Hair Mask treatments that brought my hair back to good health in just 3-4 washings. I have continues to use the shampoo and conditioner on an every day basis but the hair mask I only used once every other week. I highly recommend this product to restore moisture, strength and shine.
