I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company, along with 5 other girls, 6 weeks before the wedding. Their website stated it could take a maximum of 4 weeks. We even paid the extra $40 expedited shipping to get it within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service 2 separate times to see if product has been shipped. They finally emailed me back 8 days before wedding saying it had been shipped. Day of wedding only one girl had received her dress. I finally got my dress 10 days AFTER wedding. They had lied and really shipped 8 days after they said they had (according to fedex). On top of that they sent me the WRONG STYLE, the WRONG COLOR, and the WRONG SIZE of dress. Not a single detail of my order was correct. And it's been 2 weeks since I got the dress and they have completely ignored my emails!!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Really poor quality garment with faults in stitching and seams. Even worse service on top. Had to resolve issue through paypal disputes, never reply to emails that are problems....

It took SO LONG to get here that I had to go with a different dress. Then, of course, they won't let me return the dress either. The color doesn't look the same as it did on the website. I will never order anything from them again.

If they say that they have refunded your money, don't believe them. They are lying. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Or EVER suggest them to anyone else. I will always tell other people to NEVER order from Celeb16.

I ordered 4 dresses from here! They came and actually looked really nice, really well made and the material was of good quality. 2 of them I had custom made and 2 of them i ordered size 2 according to their size charts. All 4 of them have a band that sits under the bust. All 4 of them have the measurements of the waist (according to chart). Now we all know that under your bust on your rib cage is wider, way wider than your waist. the bust sizes were perfect and noone of them could zip the dresses up at the back.. Now if they had asked me to measure under the bust and not the waist it would have been ok an dI bet these dresses would have fit! The size 2 actually does not fit one of my girls who measures less than a 0 according to their chart. Sooooo, its been 22 days since I first emailed them (which I did within the 3 days), they emailed me back and told me to send photos, which i did, according to how their website asks. Then about a week later they emailed me and said could i send photos again so I resent them...then about 5 days later they emailed and asked for different photos...so I sent those also, all 5 emails at this point filled with photos of all of the problems.....I have yet to hear back from them. They told me in their last email they would send an exchange form which I have not received. They told me that they would make new ones which I cannot do now as I only have 5 weeks until we leave town for my wedding! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to order 3 sizes too big and have every day remade at your own expense! I have emailed them again today and said, wtf, its been 22 days!!

This was a TOP quality dress, beautifully done and arrived so quickly! Made everything so simple and not stressfull, very very happy and will be ordering my 5 bridesmaid dresses from celeb16 for sure!! So impressed

Do not buy from this company! Check out their reviews on different websites!!! They are scammers! I'm stuck with a dress that was made incorrectly (2.5 inches smaller than advertised). I followed the size chart on their site and they made it 2.5 inches smaller in the hip region. It doesn't fit! I emailed them and they told me to take pictures with a measuring tape around the hips. I did that and it took them forever to respond. Their solution--- I can send it back AND I HAVE TO PAY for shipping and handling and they will fix it. Really? I have to pay for shipping and handling on their error and MAYBE get a dress that fits in return? Don't use this company!!!! Go with a company in the states where the return policy is legit. Lesson learned over here!!!!!! I just hope my review deters someone from making the same mistake I made!

I had my bridesmaids buy dresses from celeb 16. com and they came but the measurements are wrong! some of them are 3 inches too small in the bust waist and hips!!! I emailed them within their 3 day policy and they emailed me back a few days later asking for pictures with the measurements and was only give 24 hours to do so!! I took pictures and sent them to them and haven't heard back from them, its been over three days!!!!! I have sent them emails posted on Facebook, and now they have deleted my posts on Facebook and blocked me from posting on their site!!!

They sent me the wrong color of dresses then didn't refund my money! Tried to tell me they couldn't reuse these brand new dresses! Now I'm stuck with them and had to buy 4 cheap casual dresses for my daughters wedding. Do not trust them! They're liars!

I was first overjoyed when I only had to pay $50 for a bridesmaid dress but then again, you get what you pay for. I ordered a size 16 and when I got the dress It didnt fit. I checked the measurements again and sure enough, they had sent me a size 10 in the bust, and a size 8 in the waist and hips. I emailed customer service and it took two days for them to get back with me. After a two week process they sent me the correct size dress for free but I had to pay over $30 in shipping costs to send the dress back overseas. It was an absolute headached and I wont not refer this company to anyone else.

On a positive side, the dress was well made, and it looked like a $200 dress, not a cheap $50 dress.

I wish I had never heard of this company. The website looks reputable and the dresses appear to be really cute but the actual quality is horrendous and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with someone. I tried email, calling and IMing to no avail but finally made contact through their Facebook page. Then they tried to say the delay of THEIR RESPONSE put me outside the limited time (3 days) for returns or exchanges. They required me to take pictures of how the seams stuck out on the dress and then said their tailor said that it was still wearable so no return. For a 20 or 50 dollar fee I could exchange it but by this point I was ready to just cut my losses. The person I dealt with clearly did not speak English as a first language and I'm not sure if that was part of the problem but I will never buy from this company again and I will tell as many people as possible how terrible they were.

I bought the dress in black for a Black and White Ball. I'm a plus size woman, (size 24), it's comfortable, breathable, and easy to dance in too. I received many compliments on the dress. I am so happy :)

I think this company is running a scam. I ordered a bridesmaid dress. I paid to have it express shipped so that I would have enough time to have alterations done. I compared their size charts to David's Bridal and ordered the appropriate size. The dress came and it is awful. It cannot be worn. When I complained, they said it was my fault because of my proportions. I followed their sizing guide. They messed it up. They gave me the option to pay for shipping again and extra to add fabric. However, I should not have to have fabric added if I followed the sizing guide. The problem is that there is not any room from the bust to the shoulder: I measured - it is 4 inches too short. No woman's bust has the fullest part of the bust parallel to their arm pits. But that is the dress that I got. Additionally, they can't guarantee its delivery before the wedding, even with express shipping. And I wouldn't want another dress from them. The first one was so bad. And I'm not the only one in the wedding party to have problems: 2 had to buy new dresses and 3 are having major alterations done. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blame the customer. This is a terrible company. I will never waste any more money on them and I hope others stop buying from them as well.

So I was looking to buy my bridesmaid dresses off this site. I went to purchase one of the dresses so I could make sure it is what I wanted. After entering my address it redirects you to another page to pay with a visa card and there was no info to put in the card information. I emailed the company and they said their system was down and to try again. I tried again and was able to put in my card info but the transaction never completed, I emailed them 4 times and tried calling them but their phone number is a fax machine. They finally emailed back and it was all in broken english and they did not seem to care how upset I was. When a deal seems too good to be true it is! STAY AWAY!. I posted on their facebook page and they removed all of my comments as well as made it so others were not able to comment on their page, apparently the truth hurts and they are trying to cover it up.

This site is extremely misleading. The people do not speak very good English and they do not RETURN anything! I bought a dress on January 31st and did not receive it until 56 day later. Not only did I get it after I needed it, it is the wrong color. They were hard to get a hold of and when I finally did they said they did nothing wrong. Their customer service is horrible and they will not work with me. They didn't even apologize or explain why it took almost 3 months to get me the dress I order. DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM THESE PEOPLE! IT'S A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!! I am completely outraged! Never in my life have I ever come across such a poor business.

VERY MISLEADING WEBSITE. LONG WAIT PERIOD FOR DRESS. NO ONE TO SPEAK TO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ENGLISH AND MISUNDERSTANDING RESPONSES. AND FINALLY WHEN WE RECEIVED THE DRESS IT WAS SO SHORT THAT MY DAUGHTERS BACKSIDE HANGS OUT OF THE DRESS. HOW CAN SHE GO TO A SCHOOL FUNCTION LIKE THAT? ANSWER IS SHE CAN'T. THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE DRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE IN THEIR POLICY THAT A DEFECT WILL BE REFUNDED FULLY. CLEARLY A DRESS THAT HAS BEEN CUT TOO SHORT IS A DEFECT ON THEIR PART. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.....GET THEM OFF THE WEB SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. MY DAUGHTER IS DEVASTATED AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered four of this bridesmaid dress in green (by using the BUY 3 GET 1 FREE coupon!! =) it's a great discount!). The dresses are beautiful, very well made, with lots of tailored details, fabric is soft with correct color. Bridesmaids received lots of compliments and was obviously fit. I'm happy with the dresses!

I found this website very deceiving. Photos of dresses are taken from designer websites and portrayed as their own. They also try and appear to be from the US however they are based in Hong Kong.

I ordered a dress that had been taken from Ann Taylor's website, the description was copied word for word.

The material was not Silk Georgette as stated and the colour was nothing like the image. We ordered a US size 14 that arrived 20cm too small and they refused to refund or remake the dress.

I have now had to purchase 4 new Bridesmaid dresses from elsewhere and wasted a lot of money on this website.

Very disappointed.

Product came on time as promised. helpful and friendly CS that makes the shopping experience a breeze. Bought a flower girl dress from there and wasn't dissapointed with the quality of the item. I'd reccommend shopping from celeb16 if your looking for great items at really low price
