Unclear policies and terrible customer service
They saved my credit card info without telling me and then charged me a pending balance without my authorization. Their excuse is that I did not reply to the wapp message right away. They also said it is obvious that they would keep my credit card info because all compaies do that. I understand this but I was never told about it. Their attitude when I complained about having my info and charging without permision was extremely rude and disrespectful.
