Scam, purchased item, sent me an email saying not in stock. Offered replacement, never came, requested refund told would get it and never did. Lodged a claim with PayPal and was not protected. Stay away from this company.

Ordered some clothing. Told unavailable and offered a substitute. Repeatedly asked what substitute and photos of replacement. Received no photos. Paid £11.38.
Suddenly on 16/3/26, they charge another amount, £11.18. Have repeatedly, via email for a refund. Nothing.
A scam. Now have to phone Barclaycard to stop more feared charges.
