SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! If you are reading this, do not purchase from this company. They are not a legitimate company and they are out to scam you. I ordered a jacket from them, it never arrived, their "customer service" has ghosted me completely. Many of their 5-star reviews are fake and AI-generated. I have initiated a chargeback through my credit card, and my next step will be to report this "company" to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. These people are criminals committing fraud and this whole site should be shut down.

Excellent product, just as described and excellent customer service. I’m really impressed.

Ordered a jacket from them, which never arrived.
Contacted them, and received no reply
Opened a complaint in paypal, and finally they sent the jacket.
The jacket was the wrong colour, which made it totally useless, since it looks nothing like the original movie jacket.
Still trying to get a refund / replacement
Apart from this, the jacket is very bad quality

Bought a cobra kai jacket and got it within a week :) material is great and customer service was good as well.

Sizing is way off. X large is like a medium. Quality of materials were a disappointment. Just using as a costume for online and Halloween. Was hoping it was good enough for everyday... it's not. Careful.

Did you see the companies response... If I sent that response to my clients I would not be working anymore. How about offer me a larger jacket? How about apologize for me being unsatisfied and offer me a 20% discount on another order? Customer service is one of the few things left to differentiate a business online anymore. I have had to explain C.S. so many times I think I need to start a course where a business could sign up and learn about what good C.S. is all about.

I needed to exchange the jacket for a medium instead of a small. In order to exchange a jacket it has to be sent to Pakistan with a shipping charge of nearly $200. If I would have known that, I never would have ordered from this company. Buyer beware if you aren’t 100% sure it’s going to fit correctly. Customer service was not helpful whatsoever.

These guys actually make really good quality jackets. I have been let down so many times but the jacket I received was at a great price point and fits perfectly and also looks great. There are a number of sites similar to this out out there but I would give celebs movies jackets a shot. Its well worth it.

Two stars for having to ask for tracking number and for being late for Halloween. Took 9days.
Jacket fit but didn’t use and was expensive.
