bought the CLM Hair Mask Set as a gift for my fiancée — she has bleached hair and was struggling with dry, breaking ends. Honestly, I didn’t expect her to notice a difference so quickly, but after just a few uses she told me her hair felt noticeably softer, easier to detangle, and looked smoother instead of “frizzy and crunchy” after washing.
The biggest change for her was the ends: less snapping when brushing, less roughness, and her hair started to look healthier and shinier even though it’s still lightened. She’s also genuinely happy because she feels like she won’t need to trim her ends anytime soon — and that’s a huge win for her.
She also loved that the masks feel rich but don’t weigh her hair down or leave it greasy.
If you’re dealing with damage from bleaching and breakage at the ends, this set is 100% worth trying.
Bought the hair mask and eye patches as presents for my mum and her sister, and they absolutely loved them. The products felt high quality, arrived in good condition, and made a really nice gift. Both said they felt relaxing and left their skin and hair feeling great. Overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely order again.
Unacceptable customer service – Christmas gift ruined, emails ignored for 37 days
I placed an order of over £200 on 31 October 2025 with CLM Cosmetics (Celemi).
This order was a Christmas gift, which is why I ordered early.
From the start, the pricing was misleading. Prices changed multiple times during checkout: one price on product pages, a different price in the cart, and then a much higher price at payment, with no explanation. There is also no information on the website about abroad shipping policy and import duties.
In mid-November, Royal Mail asked me to pay £50 in import charges. On 12 November, I emailed the company asking for clarification about:
• the unexplained price changes
• the undisclosed import charges
I received no reply.
Because I had no explanation, I refused to pay the charges and the parcel was returned to the seller. I then emailed again requesting a full refund, as this was a time-sensitive Christmas gift. Again, no response.
The company finally replied on 19 December — 37 days after my first email — with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the delay. They simply stated they would send the parcel again and cover the charges.
By then, Christmas was days away and the gift was no longer needed. On 24 December, I clearly told them not to resend the parcel and requested a full refund instead. That email was also ignored.
What makes this worse is that this company publicly speaks about discipline and values. Yet there is no discipline at all in ignoring customer emails for over five weeks, failing to disclose key charges, and refusing to properly handle a refund request. If discipline means anything, it should start with basic customer respect and accountability.
This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
