Absolutely appalling customer service. Bras do not fit anywhere near and they ask to only refund 30% when they do respond. Do not buy from this company, disgraceful after service. Waiting for another response since January

This guys are a fraud, completely thief. They will send you wrong size and wrong product and when you reach out yo them for a refund they will never response. If you are reading this please do not buy anything from them

Do not buy from this, or any of its associated companies. The goods take over 3 weeks to be delivered, are made of cheap material and are completely wrong in size, despite checking their own size guide before ordering. Customer Service is appalling. Despite 30 day 100% money back guarantee, they don't answer requests for refund. Scam.

Do not buyyy I ordered 2 bras for my Mellons they absolutely didn’t fit meee sizing was completely wrong however the fabric felt okay but took way to long for the first order to arrive and I am still waiting on the replacement period .

DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Recieved the bras LATE and completely the wrong size. They said they would resend the correct size and still waiting 2 months on. I’ve asked for a refund on my money and they are ignoring my emails.

I ordered at the start of January. It’s now the start of February and I still haven’t received anything.

The customer service is appalling and I’ve got no sign of a refund.

I ordered 3 bras they took a while to arrive and couldn’t track when it would arrive so I was already worried, but they don’t fit and I’ve tried to ask about a refund and have basically said that I can’t even though I put in my size and they’ve NOT given me the correct size. They’ve also ignored my emails about this so I really would not buy from here the bras don’t even seem like they are made properly.

Terrible. Complete scam. Once you order you never hear from them again - and they refuse to refund you. Had to inform my bank that I was scammed so they could refund me that way. Avoid this place at all costs! Spread the word.

Do not buy! I wish I read reviews before buying. I’m incredibly disappointed with the products I received. They appear cheap having no support despite being advertised as full support. The colours are mucky, and generally don’t match what is advertised. The sizing is completely wrong. Care instructions are in Chinese. Delivery time was way over what they advertise.
There support emails are automated and clearly aren’t reading my emails. They claim to be a small business, and come across as European or American, but definitely not, definitely Chinese.

My order took 5 weeks to arrive, whenever I contacted the company for an update they sent me the same automated response. When the product finally did arrive it was absolutely nothing like the images on the website and absolutely tiny. They claim that after a certain number of days they won’t refund so I just gave up asking in the end. This company should be reported and taken offline. They are literally ripping people off and getting away with it.

If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered took nearly 3 months to arrive. I ordered 34H, what arrived was a totally different looking bra not like the images in what looks like a Acup. No sizing at all, Chinese care label information sizing all in Chinese. Fabric is extremely cheap. Contacted them several times no reply, sent pictures all order information, just constantly get an automated response. This is not a UK company, it is not quality products. I just wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Stay clear.

I am mad at myself for ordering without reading reviews. Absolute rubbish and total waste of £30. I have sent e mails regarding a refund but doubt I will hear from them. DO NOT ORDER !!!

It should be illegal for people to advertise these products. As everyone else has said a complete scam. I ordered a minimizer bra (UK size G) - wouldn't even fit my sister (34B). DO NOT BUY wish I had read these reviews first.

TOTAL SCAM !!! Like everyone else has already said. Items coming from china so take around a month and the sizing is nothing like advertised and very small. When you email asking for a return and refund they ask you to send evidence then state they sending you another order out 🤯 then completely ignore any further communication.

Bras terrible sizing, when contacted Celerio they asked for photos ??/ Sent and still awaiting a reply. Don't bother ordering from them.

Complete con. They are not sharing the tracking number and when they finally did, the package shows returned. i tried to contact the Chinese courier company but no response. its been over a month. the company is not replying to my emails for a refund. and they just copy and paste the same response over and over again. DO NOT BUY

Like others who have reviewed, I wish I’d read the reviews first! the bras took 28 days to arrive and are not even what I ordered! they are also terrible quality and tiny. Can’t believe I wasted €40 on these after seeing and Instagram ad! 🤦🏻‍♀️ shockingly bad company.

The delivery was 30 days, says 6-10 on their website, when the product arrived it was way to small, it wouldn’t even cover my ni****s, no indication of cup size, just band.
I wrote to them explaining the mistake. They offered to sent me a new one but I really don’t think they know what they’re sending out, so I don’t want another one too small. They offered a 30% refund, even after I sent them photos they wouldn’t give a full refund. If you want to return the items you need to send them back to china which is crazy expensive.
When you talk to their costumer service it’s like they’re using AI. Not reading back through messages so you have to repeat yourself 100 times, because they ask the same questions over and over. Such a bad experience. Would even call it a scam because they say you can order a cup size, but I think it’s all the same since it isn’t indicated on the product

Wish I read the reviews first, would give 0 if possible, it's a total scam. The bras take over a month to arrive, then they are waaaaaay too small. They replied asking for photo evidence, they said they'd ship a new size... the marketing looks like it's a western company but it's all from China, I don't hold out much hope for getting my money back. Another instascam
