Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 68 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported not receiving their orders, even after waiting for a month or more, and some never received a confirmation email or tracking information. When products did arrive, people often found them to be of poor quality, not as advertised, or even completely different items than what they ordered. Reviewers also experienced issues with products breaking quickly, not functioning as expected, or being unsuitable for their pets. Customers frequently mentioned a lack of response from the company, receiving only automated emails, or being unable to get a resolution for missing items or faulty products. Many also struggled to obtain refunds, with some being offered partial refunds or being told they would receive a refund that never materialized. However, some people also felt that the quality of the toys they received was decent and their cats enjoyed them, with delivery occurring within a week.

Avoid!

Avoid!! I was sucked in by a Facebook ad. Ordered product not realising it was coming from China. When it did eventually arrive, it was broken so I asked for a refund. I've had to open a case through PayPal and awaiting a decision as company are being ridiculously difficult. No customer service whatsoever! Won't be making that mistake again! Wish I'd looked them up on here first, I usually do!!

Avoid! Scammers!

All of the items have to be shipped from China and the product you get is completely different from the one advertised. I requested a refund and no response from them.

Design thiefs but they did refund me

I ordered the "YoPoll Antarcking Wrestler" toy and grew wary after a week and a half without my order shipping out. I then discovered via Trustpilot that Celery Pets was selling a knockoff of the "Catsumo," stealing the creator's social videos. So, I requested a refund, dubious that I'd get my money back at all. Sophier did reply promptly to my email and my money has been refunded to my bank account today, within the 3 business days that was promised.

Scam Return Address

I just received the ball cat toy. I found the package on the street in front of my mailbox. The package was badly damaged, and the toy itself appears to be so, too. (Was it run over? Did it fall out of the mailbox? Did the Postal Service accidentally drop it? Was it damaged by the time it even got to our address? All of these ate possibilities). The return address on the plastic wrap is Hliver Lowry, 3646 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL. 60609. When I looked it up, this appears to be an address cited in a scam update. The tracking says that It came from China, so I do not know how the Chicago address came to be. I’ve just requested a refund by email. I don’t know if that’s the correct thing to do or not, but I resent being scammed in any way, and I have to at least try to get my money back. (It was not too expensive, but still…). Let’s see what happens….BUT…my advice would be to proceed with caution if you are thinking of making a purchase from this vendor/through the social media ad.

Please note: This was not an unordered item, but for more information about the scam involving the return address, just Google the address.
