I purchased a splash mat from celery pets when it finally arrived, the pump was broken and the actual mat leaked water all over the carpet, so clearly had small holes in it. I have emailed celery pets and dealt with Sophia, she asked for photos and a video of the faulty/broken product. I have done this and they still refuse to refund me.
Be aware this company is a scam with the worst customer service I have ever come across!!!!

Beware

Avoid I ordered six muster dog for Xmas they never arrived seemed to cheap to be true lost over $100 dollars and six gifts not impressed. No response to emails told to check if in stock prior to purchase however . Best avoid this company.

AVOID!!!

Bought a cat toy on 14 December 2024 and over a month later it’s still not arrived! Already emailed the company multiple times and only received an automated email response. AVOID!! Seems they take your money and don’t even have real products to ship!

I purchased a cat toy in November 2024. Apparently it was delivered on 19th December. There is no proof of tracking, I had no contact from the courier and none of our neighbours have the parcel. I have contacted Celery Pets several times now and only had one reply to my first email and they confirmed the parcel was delivered but could not show any proof etc. I have had no further replies to any of my emails.
I have contacted my bank who has refunded me and will claim the money back from Celery Pets.

Fur removal brush

I ordered a fur removal brush from an ad on my phone. Supposedly through Celery Pets. The ad showed a liquid being put into the brush besides warm water. I received the brush but not the liquid.

Want to buy something to my dog

Want to buy something to my dog. The payment doens't get through. It said that there was something wrong with my card. Try to pay again manually, but my card won't take this purchase. I guess.... lucky me. And then I 've read those statement in here. Be ware out there u guys.

DON'T buy nothing from this company

DON'T buy nothing from this company: I ordered a cat toy (order #134677): Eptchn Cat Roll. Despite the delivery was granted within 10 days, I've received it more than one month after the announced delivery: the toy doesn't work as promised and the package was very badly issued. I claimed this to the company by sending pictures and they ignored it, asking me again the pictures.

Received faulty item, got replacement!

Bought an interactive cat ball that arrived in December slightly faulty, fully functioning but the silicone that covers it had a cut and I was afraid my cat could pull it and potentially ingest it. I emailed their customer service expressing my concerns and they immediately replied saying they would be happy to send me a replacement free of any charge. Same toy, same colour, it just arrived. I understand the shipping might take a while but the customer service is impeccable. My cat loves the toy, although I can't keep it on at all times I notice him playing with it even when it's off and carrying it around the house, great purchase!

Untrustworthy

Bought a toy for my cat that arrived broken. Sent an email asking for a new one or a refund and they said they would send a new one. This was on Oct 12th 2024. Tried to get in touch again to get an ETA, with no reply. Today is Jan 6th 2025 and still nothing. Do not trust this website.

Crap quality, item broke after 1st use

The second time I tried to use the RolliePet it no longer worked: the toy turns on, but the motor seems broken as it doesn't move.
Very disappointed; the item broke almost immediately.
