The dress Is nothing like the dress that I ordered it is the wrong design and it is the wrong colour and it took over a month to get to me shocking service. I think this is a scam. Be careful
I ordered 2 Anna tops based on photos and supposed reviews. Sadly the tops were not the same as photos and were a very strange fit so as to be unwearable. 4 Emails later trying to get details on how to return for refund and all I get is an offer of 50% refund OR store credit. They advertise money back guarantee. Good luck with that. Stay away from this company.😡
Claims to be a Melbourne business but clothing was delivered from China. Clothing quality was appalling but when trying to return the only contact is an email address and despite sending numerous requests for return instructions they have all been ignored. Appears to be a scam company.
