I’m disappointed with the quality of the necklace as it’s not what I expected. It looks quite cheap, and the length is much longer than anticipated. The initials are also quite large and flat, making the overall appearance look like a budget buy.

Although it took almost 4 weeks to get my necklaces, when I reached out to them, they were very quick to respond and put my mind at ease. I love my necklaces. They are so light and comfortable, I don’t even realize I have them on! Well worth the wait!

Still no necklaces a month on
I ordered from here and still haven’t received my necklaces. On the website it says delivery is 8 working days however it’s been a month now and still no update. I contacted and they told me my necklaces were “still being crafted” yet all I ordered were necklaces with a single letter attached. It’s such a shame as they were a gift. It now says they are “ready to be dispatched” but this was 4 days ago and no confirmation they have been shipped. Highly disappointing and if I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered from them at all.
