not trustworthy company

I purchased their wrinkle reducer at a home show this past weekend. The product did reduce my under eye bags significantly. However they were back the next day. I was told this was a once a week product. More importantly we haggled the price down to $149. When I got my credit card receipt it was $219!! I didn’t pay attention to what I was signing. Very cagey operation.

Celestolite scam

Total scam, after making so many attempts to make an appointment, finally they contacted me couple of weeks ago and gave me the Sunday's appointment. As usual every time there is a new venue. This time they asked me to come to
58 South Molton Street, W1K 5SL, London. However there were no celestolite clinic anywhere. Tried to contact them on the given number. Again no success.
Went to Kensington high street branch, which was closed also checked chelsea branch and was shocked to see the bailiff notice outside the clinic. Really disappointed. I am paying by direct debit and also want my money back as they did not provide the services promised. Can anybody tell me how to claim my money back.

Biggest scam and time wasters

I wrote a previous review and two weeks after that review Celestolite contracted me by phone to let me know they have moved their spa to 58 south Molton st and sent me a confirmation appointment with these two no’s to contact 02072599736/07951367761. The Lady also wanted to reschedule my previous appointments which was booked in 61 Kings Road to this Address and apologised for not information me they have moved. After that I tried calling this two numbers they have provided but none goes through. Two days ago I received another confirmation for my appointment at 12:00 on 6/1/20 at 61 kings Road, SW3 4NT and that if I have any queries to contact this no 02039578788. I have been calling this number and it is constantly engaged, even at midnight, dawn, early mornings it is constantly engaged. I took the day off for this appointment but don’t know which of this two addresses to go and they have made it impossible for me not to reach them. BIG CON and wast of time!!!’nn

Biggest con - beauty salon in high end location

Why are trading standards letting companies like Celestolite getaway like this ? First it was Smooth Spa which was also trading as Elevation time stops that went into liquidation and now it seems this company has conned a lot of people in a similar manner . I don’t know what we as customers can actually do with these foreign companies who open in London who prey on customers like us and don’t deliver mid way ?the same Registered office: Enterprise House, 2 The Crest, Hendon, London for both Smooth Spa and Celestolite. So do you see they file for insolvency then start up under a different business!!!

A scam

A scam. I was instructed to use the eye cream once a week. After two weeks, I developed a rash on my nose and the area around the eyes. I stopped using this product and after almost two weeks, the dry skin is almost free of the rash. Duped!

Celestolite Venus Day Cream. Very Drying!

Got some samples of Celestolite Venus Day Cream after a very insistent salesman named Marco at the North Star Mall insisted I come into the booth and allow him to put it on my skin. After getting out of his grip and walking around the mall shopping for 30 minutes my skin got very tight and dry. I’m not sure what is in this, but I’m certainly not going to spend huge amounts of money on it. I washed it off ASAP when I got home and my skin felt a lot better after applying my regular $25.00 per bottle moisturizer! No kidding.

NO!!!

Just finally escaped from the most high-pressure sales pitch ever at a mall in Tucson, AZ! Had a salesman put some "24 karat gold face mask" on my hand while explaining to me that you don't rinse it off: you use a magnet to get the gold off and lotion on a cotton swab for any residue...and it costs $900 for the kit! There was also an undereye cream used that is $400 for the kit!

Ok, firstly, gold is not attracted by magnets. Secondly, I said not interested, so why are you pressuring me and blocking my exit? Thirdly, why did the price go from $900/$400 to Free/$250 to Free/$120 (his cost) and free facial?

Give a wide berth to these con artists!

Celestolite is a con

Can't believe I fell for the sales spiel in King's Rd. It was aggressive and unethical. I eventually escaped store after paying £2500.00 for year's course of treatment plus some products. I had one treatment. I notice no difference and my forehead had red blotches. Next appointment booked for two weeks later. I was told I must have it between 10- 14 days later for full efficacy. Received a text message the day before my second appointment cancelling it due to technical problems. I have heard nothing since . Texts cannot be sent back, no one answers the phone and there is not a facility to leave a message. No reply to email. Has anyone else experienced this? Is Celestolite still in King's Rd? I would like a full refund and never want to go there again. Has anyone else tried getting a refund?

Warning

Warning! Worst skincare products I have ever used. I was duped into purchasing the Venus line, day cream, eye cream, eye serum and peel. Two weeks into using the products, EXACTLY as instructed, I developed a rash on the front of my neck. Three days later I was being treated for a second degree burn! It left a scar. I wouldn’t even try to sell these products used. These people had better not ever approach me again. Also on a side note, the eye cream that tightened the skin around my eye at the demonstration was never able to duplicate that tightening at home. Not worth $20 in my opinion.

DO NOT GET THESE PRODUCTS

The skin analysis is poorly planned. My appointment had to be reschedule 3 times. When I finally arrived to my appointment, it took 2 minutes, the result he showed me was a graph that said nothing, he couldn’t even explain it and he didn’t have the initial test to compare progress or even suggest the change of the treatment I’m receiving. The initial test was carried out by a professional, who took the time to make some pictures and then explain the condition of my skin, that was the test given to convince me to buy the products. The test I receive yesterday lacked of professionalism, this company does not show respect for people’s time or even care for customer services. I wish I had said NO when I signed a contract for 24 months for about £3000, it’s been 12 months, the products run out and I’m receiving a really poor services

rude and disrespectful manager

Had signed up a contract for over £2000 for 12 sessions last year October but could attend only 3 sessions due to some personal problems. So i took an appointment with d manager on Monday. I was made to wait in d cabin and when he came in , no greetings whatsoever. I told him d reason of meeting was to discontinue d treatment, even before I could explain why, he said it would effect my credit score. I had paid for almost 14 months, and he tells me that’s d price for 3 sessions. Spoke with an attitude and very disrespectful. He never asked me if I was happy with d treatment .i wish I knew what I was caught in a big trap.
