How wonderful to find a company with such honesty and integrity when it comes to recycling electronics! Every customer service rep I was in contact with was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable!
Questions and concerns were answered swiftly and cordially! They made a fair and reasonable offer for my cell phone, and abided by that offer without delay or any contrary issues! I have dealt with other companies in the past offering to buy cell phones and making offers, but when phone was received by those companies they actually "found something wrong" with the item (that likely was not wrong), and then made a much lower (and disappointing) cash offer 😖.
CELL4PETS did not do this, they kept their word! I heartily recommend this company to everyone without hesitation, they aim to please and certainly "keep the customer satisfied"! THANK YOU!
