CellAED® is designed to save lives from sudden cardiac arrest. An arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. When sudden cardiac arrest happens, your heart stops pumping blood. Within seconds, people experiencing cardiac arrest fall unconscious. At that point, you have only minutes for someone to save your life. To save you, someone nearby needs to call emergency services, start CPR, and apply an automated external defibrillator (AED). An AED can coach people to provide CPR and provide a small electrical shock to the heart to start it beating normally again. With CellAED®, you can ensure there is always an AED nearby to help save your life, or the life of someone you love, when sudden cardiac arrest happens.

We have been paying a premium subscription so we can have our unit replaced when used. We used our unit so have tried requesting the replacement but there is no way to contact them. They don't get back to calls or emails. It appears the company is no longer operating but continues to collect subscription money
I purchased a CellAED device in May 2025 and never received it. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, I have had no delivery, no clear updates, and no refund. This is particularly distressing because I ordered the product to protect my children, who both have serious heart conditions. CellAED were aware of our families circumstances prior to me putting the order through.
The company is currently in voluntary administration and appears unable to fulfill orders, but they have still taken my payment and are now opposing my refund claim through my bank, which is going to prolong our distress even further.
This has left us out of pocket, without the device, and without the reassurance we urgently need for our family’s safety.
If you are considering ordering from CellAED, please be aware of the significant risk of non-delivery and lack of support.
Fantastic concept and idea however, in September 24 year they pulled the plug on th UK market, I ordered this item the moment it was released as I had tracked it for 2 years, and as one of the first in UK to order, I was told 6 months for delivery that then became 9 months, luckilly no one died during the additional wait, now that should have given me a clue about the company. despite having paid my subscription for a replacement item at £135 a year plus vat, they just told me I would get a partial refund as instead of the replacement one I paid for as they were continuing to send support in the form of emails..... I am a first responder so an occasional email on what to do in an emergency does not cut it, but since their email in November I have now been 7 months without hearing from the company. So not only did they take 2 years subscription for a new item, they refused to refund the full amount with the excuse of support and that then stopped. I love the product and strongly back it but the company is a joke.

Hi, I live in a retirement village that has 100 Independent Living Units in 4 multiple storied buildings. When I came here I found that there was not one AED on site. My son an Emergency Doctor said that we needed to get Timely Accessible AED's installed. This proved harder that first thought for severable reasons, mostly to do with costs as there need to be one on each floor. Then I discovered Cellaed's at a price that made it financial viable. We did a site survey that resulted in needing 16 AED's. Then we found that each AED must be constantly monitored to ensure that they are regularly serviced, this again was covered by Cellaed's back to base monitoring. The second important need is training which we arranged by a professional medical user in the form of an Emergency Doctor. We now have our Cellaed's installed and monitored and are ideal for this type of installation where they are in secure locations. Also several of our residents have purchased their own for when they travel. Cellaed has been very helpful right through this progress and we highly recommend this product especially for multi story residential buildings. Remember that AED's must be Timely Accessible as minutes make the difference between life and death.

We own two CellAED devices, and I can’t express enough how much peace of mind they provide. One is mounted on the wall in our kitchen, always within reach, and the other travels with us wherever we go - I take it in my golf bag and in the kids weekend sport bag.
The compact design is perfect for easy portability, and the fact that we can have one readily available at home and another on the go is incredibly reassuring.
The CellAED is straightforward to use, with clear instructions that make it easy to act quickly in an emergency. Thankfully, we haven’t had to use them yet, but knowing that we have this life-saving tool accessible at all times, whether we’re at home or at the field, is invaluable.
Highly recommend CellAED for anyone looking to enhance their family’s safety both at home and while out and about!i

Just received my replacement CellAED under my membership. Very easy process - after I got my new one I simply put the expired device in the reply paid satchel and dropped in post for recycling.

I purchased the starter pack as it was great value, and the trainer has been handy for helping kids and elderly parents familiarise themselves with this amazingly simple devise. Loving the zero-maintenance design, I get an email each month confirming its ready to use if its needed, I get a latest version of the CellAED every two years or replacement if its used in a medical emergency through the membership model.

After trying this product we decided to get a full defibrillator. They are much cheaper these days and were also recommended by the paramedics at our family incident.
My mother suffered from a major heart attack which she thankfully survived, only to be followed by a series of mini heart attacks. As her daughter when I saw the device featured on a TV program I thought this would be an economical device that would give me peace of mind to have at hand at home at an affordable price. I ordered my device in July 2022 and it arrived in June 2023. A long wait but I didn't mind as it was a lot cheaper than any alternatives I had been looking at. My device was "Urgently" recalled in May 2024 for a replacement as there was a battery issue It wasn't until my replacement device arrived with some added literature - 'Inspection Checklist" that I was made aware that there is a "Use-By" date on the device of two years. This I definitely missed in the small print when ordering it as this does not make it economically efficient if I have to replace it every two years!! My response from Customer Services:
When we launched CellAED®, it was initially approved for sale with a 13-month shelf life. Since then, our product development team continued to make improvements to extend the product expiry to 2-years.
Whilst it is a great device and hopefully I'll never need to use it, I definitely wouldn't recommend it from a price point given the cost I paid for it and it having to be replaced every two years.

Quick delivery and looks great. I went for the package so I can train people at the same time. Units look good. I have done a bit of research on the CellAED and they sound a great and affordable way of owning a AED. Love the fact if it is used a new one is sent out to you AND the person who performed the first shock.
Not sure about having to keep removing the top pad on a baby though. (Understand why due to the compact size and internal components)

I purchased two CellAEDs and was so thrilled when they arrived. Definitely worth waiting for, and I now have peace of mind.

Ordered and fully paid for an AED in December. Was told it would be delivered in April. Received an email in April saying "We're running a little behind schedule but expect to deliver your order by June 2023" but no explanation as to why. Have not received an update as yet. Also paid for the yearly service and update plan in December! I may review the rating if I ever receive the AED. Starting to think this may be a scam.
