Easy, quick friendly service highly recommended

I couldn't charge my iPhone as either the battery was totally dead or the charging port was faulty, I called Cell Crazy and they were able to fit me in the same day. Within a little over half an hour of arrival I was going home and very happy that they not only fixed the phone but did not charge for both items, only the faulty one.
Great service, very polite staff and would definitely recommend them.

I was in doubt as i ordered first time a refurbished iPhone as it's for my dad and coz he is in care home so I need a fully working phone without any issues, the phone arrived after 4 days and it's like new without even a single mark, my dad is very happy as well now we can talk every day on facetime, thanks a lot to cellcrazy & staff

I ordered a refurbished Iphone XS Max on line from Cell Crazy. There was a problem with payment with PayPal, which was quickly resolved by a phone call to Cell Crazy. The phone arrived within 5 working days, which was pretty amazing during these lockdown days. The phone was exactly as described, "Pristine" condition. It came with a mains charger, a SIM tool and a perspex cover. Fabulous phone,which ahs exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend Cell Crazy to anyone thinking of buying a refurbished phone.

Amazing service, Really impressed with the service provided by cellcrazy, i ordered samsung S10 phone in pristine condition but i was not sure i will get it on time as it's a birthday present and deliveries nowadays are very slow but it arrived really quickly despite the current corona virus problems. all in excellent condition. really pleased with the service offered.

I have just received the iPhone XS in very quick time, they said it could be delayed but was with us in two days, so very quick service. The phone is very clean and comes with free glass protector and case, very impressive. I was looking to sell my I phone Xs max 256gb and after looking at different companies online decided to go with Cell Crazy with the reviews and they also gave the best quote.
I was emailed a pre payed 24 hour tracking label , packed up the phone and sent it off .
Once they received the phone and checked it I was then sent the money bank transfer. The amount they quoted as well.
Communication was excellent and a good company to work with.
Highly recommended no problems at all.

Reliable & Trustworthy, I am very happy with service provided by Cellcrazy, I ordered an iPhone XS Max In the pristine category and was very pleased with the phone. It came with a free case which was a nice surprise, the phone was clean and basically looked like new just without the iPhone box, no scratches and dents noticeable. I ordered it at approximately 11am and received it with next day delivery before 1pm with Royal Mail which was fantastic as i needed the replacement for my other phone desperately.

All in all good service i got a phone call to inform me about the warranty as well, hopefully i wont need it, very happy, good service provided.
