got a cable from christmas and never worked...

Bought one of your charging cables for an iPhone 6 and within a year, it stopped charging my phone, I set it aside and went back to using my old charger that worked. I decided to try the charger one more time and when I plugged it in, the cable started smoking, I immediacy unplugged it from my phone and the wall. This product is a piece of crap!

Ordered an Iphone cable, some months ago, received a defective cable. Asked for replacement, confirmed by Cellrizon. They promised to replace the cable, but I've never got it.

Ordered a USB C cable and was sent an iphone cable. They keep giving me discount codes but won't tell me if they are sending me the correct cable. Not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Don't know why I bother with them.

Ordered a few fiber charging cables for my phone and they work like a charm, great quality and reasonably priced. In fact, I ordered a few more for my sister and a co-worker. Their service was timely. Normally I worry about ordering online because its hard to say that the product will be good quality or it just takes forever to arrive in the mail, but Cellrizon is good at what they do and i'll definitely be coming back to buy more!

Bought a solar charger. Was dead on arrival I email Cellrizon multiple times with no reply. Would not recommend them at all

My order Ce-306244 was allegedly lost in transit by Cellrizon's delivery company. Its been more than a year and I did not get my refund. All my reminders are unanswered.
Cellrizon is a scam, stay far far away from them

Sent me the wrong cell phone case. Would not respond when I asked to return / exchange it. I sent it back anyway and they refused to refund my money saying i sent it to the wrong address! (I sent it back to where it came from) These guys are just rip off artists. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

It's been 3 months since I've purchased phone cover and still did not received it.
They kept telling me that it is on the way, they are liars!

PURCHASED A PHONE CASE ONLINE, IT TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND WHEN IT DID THEY HAD SENT ME THE WRONG CASE. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT & WANT ME TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE ON THE CASE BEFORE THEY WILL CONSIDER A REFUND - SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!!!!

I ordered a heavy duty case with built in screen protector for my s8 when it arrived there was no screen protector. I emailed them and was told they would send the correct case and to keep the one I had. After a couple of weeks the company stopped replying to my request for information on the new case shipping. I finally had to file a request with the credit card to receive a refund. Now they want to email me and offer assistance. Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a heavy duty phone case case 3 weeks ago. Had I realized it was getting shipped from China I would have opted out of the purchase. I wasn't made aware of the foreign delivery until two days after I made the purchase when I received the China tracking number. The "tracking number" they provided is worthless in the US. They can prove it was shipped, but they won't be able to confirm delivery.

I received an email from Cellrizon to review the product. But, because of my one star rating it was rejected. So I went to the product webpage, and did a review directly there. Again, my one start rating was censored. It appears the good reviews on their webpage are either from trolls, or the product of shenanigans.

I'm going to give them a few more days. Otherwise, I will dispute the credit card charge before my 30 day time limit is up to contest the charge. I just wish I had seen these reviews first.

My daughter accidentally ordered a microphone. Literally TWO minutes after the order was placed we had e-mailed and requested a cancelation. We did not recieve a reply and the order was sent. Emailed the company when the package arrived and the instructions were to refuse the shipment...way too late for that.
Went to return the item and the shipping g to Canada was not worth thecost of the item.
Don't know why these people are still in business.

Ordered a screen protector and phone case - the screen protector arrived damaged and the phone case was the wrong size. Initially no reply to my e mail so i started a paypal dispute. Then I got an immediate response and was cheated into withdrawing the PayPal dispute after I sent pictures and was promised replacements. The replacements never arrive. Standard automated response to emails CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

SCAM!! I placed my order and received a non-working gadget. The worst part of it ifs that I have been trying to contact the company about it and they have never answered to me or give me any kind of service so they kept my money for a defective and faulty item

Don't be the next victim...this company is crooked!!!

This is a fake company. Please don't purchase anything from here. I have been cheated too. Lost all my money.

They took an international order 4 months back. Did several follow ups. Got to know after 4 months from the shipment that the package got lost somewhere. I asked for a refund. Didn't get a refund as well. The cons took my money as well. Would have given a minus rating had it been possible!
