Item arrived very quickly

Item arrived very quickly, it was well packaged. Cannot comment on the item’s condition as it’s a gift so it remains in the box which looks genuine and new. Fairly confident I’ll be buying from Cellucity again.

This is obviously very disappointing and not the service we strive to achieve. As discussed previously, Royal Mail did attempt a delivery but it was unsuccessful. We have escalated this with the latest Ref Number being WB409705.

Obviously the time delay is unacceptable and we will process a full refund for you.
