Split on the first wear. Really poor quality

Hi yes have had some issues with the leggings and shorts not fitting but Lui I dealt with was helpful and supportive and have been giving some different sizes to can wear them , thanks for your help and will see if they can help my thighs or not in time

The shorts have been helpful with my surgical recovery. I have had knee surgery and they have been helping to reduce the swelling in my quad to help it to activate and engage with my physio. They are very comfortable and overall I am happy with the product. The service was very helpful and they helped with the delivery process. They are a great overall product.

I ordered size XL, which turned out too big for me. When i reached out and asking for switching size possiblility, they send me a pair of size L - free of charge- instead!

I like the fit of the leggings the thickness.
However i did not get the size right on the first try.
But the customer service was excellent in replacing my leggings

Very happy with purchase, have worn the leggings for a week now, haven't noticed much change in appearance however my legs definitely feel lighter after wearing them all day working and they give a great appearance of snatched in waist and slim looking legs. Will see if it makes any change to appearance in a few weeks.

Bought 2 pairs of leggings, they were great quality. Not entirely sure they do what they say about shrinking legs but they felt amazing and my legs definitely felt lighter at the end of the day. So decided to order another 2 pairs in different colours. One arrived faulty. I contacted customer service with a photo of the fault and they replaced them with no questions asked. On receipt of the replacement they seemed a little big. I again contacted customer service which again were amazing and delt with my issues promptly and great care. They sent me a smaller size which seems to be a better fit.
Can honestly say even if the leggings don't do what they say (shrink legs and decrease dimples) the leggings alone are amazing quality and I would buy again for this reason.

Great customer service from their support team! Ive had a few issues with fit etc and each item has been replaced with no quibble. Very quick response to e mails and quick turn around time. Very impressed.

Easy to order and take advantage of discounts. The leggings aren't what I expected, they aren't binding at all, and the fabric is thick and sturdy. They have done wonders for improving my circulation (and thus, my temperature regulation) and they do actually improve the appearance of lipedema. I just don't know if those effects are lasting.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size leggings and wasnt going to do anything about it.
I had an email was I happy with the leggings and explained what I had done. They were so kind about it and sent me out the right size straight away. They came today. I didn't have to return the other pair either.
I cannot praise this company enough.

The leggings I ordered are really comfortable. I wasn't sure if I had ordered the right size but the XL fit perfectly. I'm normally a 14-16, so was happy about the sizing. I only wore them for one day, but very happy overall. Delivery was within a good time frame, too.

Easy ordering and arrived in a timely manor. I like the leggings but think maybe I should have gone for the smaller size, I am a size 12 with big thighs so ordered XL so I will order some more but size L. I can't see a difference in my legs as yet.

First order took long to arrive. Customer service was great - second pair arrived within a few days. Can’t say if they work yet as only worn a few times

Love these leggings they support my legs and help with my varicose vein pain. If I don’t wear them I know my legs will ache.
