Fantastic crypto wallet! Simple to use and completely reliable. I've been using Celsius for almost two years now and it works like clockwork. Interest is paid to my account without fail every month. It has great security and I can withdraw at any time I want.

I made a transfer to Celsius using the wrong network. The support told me the steps to do in order to get back my money. I did what they wanted to but they never gave me back my money. It’s been more than 4 months that I’m pushing but no result. I don’t recommend their bad service at all.

Celsius is a digital bank that will hopefully reach all corners of the world. To call it a bank is probably an insult. No other bank in the history of finance has ever given back 80 per cent back to its community. Yield rates on my crypto are so exciting especially as I would receive nothing from a traditional bank. Receiving my Monday yield payout is fantastic! I hope someday Monday yield will become my retirement weekly income. Maybe channel it into the Cel Credit Card or something like that for daily expenses. Celsius is hope for our family and without sounding too dramatic I believe Celsius can saves lives. My burnt out husband, killing himself working in a toxic corporate world now sees hope in a retirement because his money can make yield. Sadly, his friend, a few months ago, did not have such a window and committed suicide. I wonder? I had a great experience putting 60k Bitcoin up for collatoral for a 15k loan. The money was in my Australian bank in 48 hours. In contrast, my bank told me it could take 3 days to transfer funds over to another LOCAL facility! The 15k has helped my young adult daughter buy her first small apartmen. She is so excited and motivated now! So, Celsius has made some of our dreams come through and has excited and motivated!
I hope the app reaches the poorer pockets of the world. The boy shining shoes in a city in India could receive payment in Cel and quickly transfer it to his mother in the village. Also, everyone gets yield because Celsius cares and shares with its Community.

Their support to unfreeze my account after suspicious activity has been NONexistent! I like the interest rates, but the support makes that all worthless if you can not get into your account. I had considered doubling my the amount I have in my account, but after the problems continuing for a week now, I don't think I will be doing that any time soon. So much for their promised "48" hour policy .

I've been using Celsius for almost a month. First week I signed up and made my deposits I emailed their customer service about how to stake Cel tokens from within my account and why I only got $40 in BTC for my sign up/deposit bonus when the promo code I used should have earned me $50 in BTC. Its been over 3 weeks since I sent that email and I have still yet to receive a response. If customer service matters to you I suggest finding another company to earn interest with.

I can’t get hold of any humans. No live Chat. Ticket system has nobody answering it for days.

I used to like this app, luckily I removed all of my crypto. The company is bankrupt and the CEO Alex Mashinsky will hopefully end up in prison for perpetrating a scam.

Same as others, was notified of about 7 successful logins to my account within 1 hour, while I was at work. I suspect it was the celsius app repeatedly logging me in, based on the ip address, but no way to be sure someone didnt hack my wifi. So I froze my account. Immediately contacted customer support. Just like others, 3 days later, still no response. If my account was hacked, my money can be long gone. Even if not hacked, if hacked in future, money would be gone before customer service would resolve. Very unsafe. Blockfi is much more responsive. Pity Celsius is being cheap on customer support, otherwise would have made my primary BIA. Hopefully i havent lost my funds, i have no way of knowing. I strongly suggest using another company, losing your investment isnt worth the extra percentage.

Celsius has good interest rates. The security measure of 24 hours after adding a withdrawal address has cost me hundreds of dollars, wish I had known about it before holding crypto here.

Consistently have problems logging in from my laptop, even using different browsers.

I've this account for maybe a month. I had to freeze it because there were multiple successful logins that were not me. Now, I can't get back into my account. I've reached out twice with no answer. Definitely moving everything when I get back in.

I have transfered 100,50 eur for the first time to celsius to buy usd coin.

They said 0,5 eur was "the fee".
BUT 100 eur = (around) 117 usd coins and I only received 109,44 usd coins!

Since 109 usd coins = 92 eur, that's 8% fees! It's incredibly high, and this is why I won't use their plateform on regular basis.

They say that they charge $2.99 for 100 eur, but it's a lie. It's basically a scam, and they know it.

I saw that they use a false exchange rate in their favor to get more money from customers. They seem to do that with all the coins.

Sure, a lot of business do the same. But they never become the best, because they don't have the customers' best interest at heart. A shame.

Been using it for about 6 months. No complaints. App is much better than nexo & blockfi, and owner is very active in social media. I'm having a tough time trying to keep a balanced amount of coins in cold storage when Celsius does such a great job making me 🤑!

Customer service is WAY to SLOW takes days before you get an answer.
When there is something going on with your account and you contact them your funds might be long gone before you get help...
