They suspended my account without reason. They didn't give me any opportunity to explain or at least
answer their concerns, just shut down and I loose access to my coins!!! I've been waiting an answer to my ticket for more than a month! :(
EDIT: The unlocked my account almost 3 moths later.

Customer service has a lot to improve.

for over 18 months now and I haven't found a
better app (I highly doubt I ever will)!

I have been a long time user of Celsius. Most of the time they have been great but recently I called customer service and it took 2 days for me to finally get someone on the phone. To make matters worse the help section on the app isn’t working. Very poor customer service experience. I will say that the person I finally spoke with was polite and helpful but numerous phone call to get through is ridiculous! I expect more from Celsius. I hope the solve this issue.

Been on the platform for almost three years and couldn't be happier with my experience. While my state is stricter then most and I can only use the yield part of the app I am fine earning passive income on my assets. Secure platform and a great, welcoming community. What more could you ask for?

The best part about Celsius is that they have a live customer support call center. If you have any issues you can actual reach someone. It's a great platform, easy and simple to use, and beginner-friendly. The only one in crypto that offers you to actually call a phone number and get to someone with your questions just like that. Can't believe I can't sell my coins for 24 hours

So basically I just discovered that with celsius it's "suggested" to add a "whitelisted address" before you can withdraw...

But... AFTER you add this "security" option YOU HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS TO WITHDRAW!!!

Like, what? I have to sell my coin now ON A 66% profit and I can't.

They should either ask to add one AS YOU DEPOSIT, not as you withdraw to sell...

Or tell you that you'll need to wait 24 hours BEFORE you add this "whitelisted address".

This is unacceptable. I've earned $30 interest but potentially lost 3000€ in profit cuz I couldn't sell thanks to Celsius.

I must have the right to KNOW BEFORE that I will need to wait 24 hours if I do add one.

PS: The chat / email support doesn't exist either. You can only call. You can send an "email" 280 max charachters.

PPS: Actually it exists but you have to dig in weird places online to find it.

I despise it so much. Transferring to other wallets is difficult, especially because you cannot swap your coins, and there is a long waiting period when you do send to someone. Verification within 24 hours. When compared to Crypto.com, I find it extremely difficult to gain access to your funds. I'm never going to use it again. My biggest blunder!

Celsius is the most transparent and responsive company I've seen in the crypto space. I have never experienced any issues using their products, and they have consistently paid higher rates on crypto than other yield platforms. It is my first recommendation to crypto newbies and veterans alike. You will try it once and never want to leave!

You can earn rewards on your crypto, get loans on your crypto, swap, and HODL. And when that credit card is available you could literally unbanked yourself!

I joined Celsius in 2020. Since then I have received a reward every week on Monday. I enjoy the Friday AMA, where Alex and team provide honest updates - both pro and con!

I've been using Celsius since January of 2021 and love how transparent they are with the community. Also getting the rewards every Monday, CelsiusPayDay, has been super helpful to HODL during the volatility of the crypto market in the past year. Totally recommend the platform!

I mainly use the Celsius Mobile app. I find it quick to load, full of information about my assets and transactions. I love the way they share the revenues with the customers, I can rely on weekly rewards arriving on Mondays.
The company goes out of its way to build trust, both in their company's behavior and in the industry as a whole. I love the fact they share the weekly results of the communities transfers in and out. They have blockchain verified data they make public! Proof of community.
But what I love most is the time the Leaders of the company spend with the public... not to shill their product but to educate everyone on how to be financially free, build a retirement portfolio and get out of debt.
I love how they are cautious when it comes to laws and regulations.
I feel safe with the great level of cyber security and multiple levels of security in the app, like the HODL mode, logging you out often etc.
