The worst experience

3 days ago i've created my account here.
I lost my first 2 deposits, almost 400 EUR
Then I deposited again, 50 eur and won 80 EUR.
I tried to withdraw my 80 eur and they started with KYC documents. I provide them instantly, after another 24 hours they close my account without informing me and mute me on chat/ mails.

I don't know what they do with my money, I don't know what to do in these situations where they stole from me. I think I will file a complaint to the regulators .

I registered on celsiuscasino and there was a deposit bonus 200% The minimum deposit was 10 euro or other equivalent crypto currency... I got 30 euro on my real balance and started to play... in order to withdraw winning a player must wager the bonus and complete the bonus line... so after a long play I won 600 euro and completed the bonus line after what the withdraw button appeared... I've withdrawn 500 euro and left there on my balance 72 euro... {at this time bonus is complete .. no need to wager anymore) I got and answer from support team the my withdraw process will be checked and they decide if I am eligible to get my winnings... after this I played again and won 500 more euro... next day I got an answer from support team that it appeared that I broke bonus rules and I won't be paid my winning... According to their bonus rules they say that I broke rules because I wagered less amount while playing..
