There is no person who will speak with you to understand a problem. Typical robotic internet operation! The item which was shipped to me was found to be defective. I received 2 promises for a responsible to call me with no results. I also found they were not a member of the local better business bureau.

The stuff you advertise online for clothing is a scam. It looks nothing like the picture, I'm not talking about when Burger King inflates the picture of the Whopper to make it look bigger, you guys really are just deceitful pricks. Advertising 3D imagery when it's only a pressed on t-shirt. You should be ashamed of yourself, I'm going to sue you, it will be my life's goal from this point out to make sure that all your CEOs and upper management spend time in prison

Celtic-Knot is a responsible company with quality products. Christine follows orders to be sure they are accurately entered and shipped on a timely basis. The company is VERY personable and friendly. Quite an enjoyable experience on the internet during a holiday period.

Great service, beautiful jewelry and a fabulous collection

I bought a ring and a necklace for my wife to be picked up in store. The next day I get a text message from the manager stating I was eligible for a free piece of jewelry because they were running a special. The manager informed me of what options I had and I was lucky enough to get a pair of earring that matched the ring and necklace perfectly. When I went in to pick up the items that same day, the jewelry was pieced together beautifully in a box and waiting on the counter for me to view before leaving the store. Before I left, they made sure to let me know if the ring didn't fit, I could exchange it for the correct size. They also made sure to inform me if the chain for the necklace broke, they would replace it for free. I could not be happier with my purchase and the experience of their customer service. My wife absolutely loved her new jewelry set.

I wanted something special for myself to celebrate my birthday and Celtic Knot had just the thing!

This piece glitters and shines so brightly! My mother is going to love it! I liked it so much I ordered one for myself. True quality and beauty!

I ordered earrings on December 8.
On December 12, I was emailed they were ready to be shipped.
On December 16, I was told they oversold and could not fill my order.
On the same day, I ordered a replacement set.
On December 18, I was emailed they were ready to be shipped.
It is now Christmas Day. The Gifts I ordered are still sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped.
I have not had any of my queries answered since December 18.
Their customer service sucks and their product management is a joke.
Unfortunately, I can't give a negative star rating.
Please learn from my mistake.

I ordered 18K earrings with a small emerald in the center and surrounded with small emeralds. the earrings finally arrived, and they look nothing like the picture. They look like something from a swap shop or junk shop. I attempted to complain to Celtic Knot but they do not respond. The earrings were to be a gift but I would be embarrassed to give them.

Buyer Beware: they do not even offer a replacement never mind a refund - less than 3 months to stand behind their jewelry 🙄 prongs are broken and gone!

egstgmg.com charged my business bank account and then reversed it. They want the first 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card number to confirm my account. This is a scam operation to steal credit card numbers.

Great customer support, amazing products

I ordered some items from them on January 31st in time for Valentine’s Day. The 31st was a Monday when Wednesday came I noticed I did not receive any type of tracking I called them to see why it had not shipped, they told me it takes them 3-5 days just to ship the item, this does not state anywhere on the website that it takes them 3-5 days to process your order. So my order won’t be shipped until February 7th and then it’s another 3-5 business days for shipping. I called many times to speak to a manger being told that they promised they would call me and let me know about my order. The Thursday they said they sent an email to the Warehouse so I called again Friday to follow up and all I get is them pushing me off and now saying it may not be in stock.

When I ordered the jewelry ,It was part of our 50th wedding celebration so I ordered it plenty early and when it came I read on the outside of the package to "wait" and video the opening so that's what I did.When we opened the package and found damaged contents (necklace chain was kinked,posts on earrings were too fat to fit into holes in ears)Needless to say I will no longer order anything like this online "ever again!".I've not heard from the company other than to buy more! Stop it already!!!

Celtic Knot has beautiful products easy to navigate their website! My only complaint is when the call a customer they don’t leave any messages!! I got 2 calls on my last order they went to voicemail and nothing. I called them back asked what they needed from me? Got an agent what did not know why I was called or could tell me about my order..
