spoiled color

The order arrived super fast; it was two sets: one flash tone and the other neon. One of the flash tones was a bad color. Despite mixing, it wouldn't blend. I tried multiple times. I contacted the store, but they just replied that this was how it was supposed to be, and despite several messages saying I'd paid for it and it was trash. I haven't received any feedback. It's a shame, because the product arrived very quickly, and I would have been a regular customer if it weren't for that.

Lost Package and no reply

We run a tattoo studio in Germany and have ordered colors and other equipment.

According to the tracking, the order was sent and delivered, but we never received the shipment.

When we asked DPD, we were told that Celtic Supply would have to make an inquiry. We wrote several emails to Celtic Supply about this, but even after 10 days we received no response.

We will probably be stuck with the costs of over €300 and will not receive any feedback.

What a pity!

Edit:

Celtic Supply has now contacted us and submitted an investigation request.

As soon as the process is completed, I will update and adjust the rating.
