Fraudsters!!! Contact the website/team in my title review for refund! I realize my £27,000 was frozen from my account but I successfully got a refund

So first of all, I saw the rating on Trust Pilot, and it showed it was a good website. Then I deposited $50 and got back $55. Then I noticed that in order for every deposit or withdrawal order to be completed I needed to chat the customer service even after waiting for half an hour so that the money would show up either in my wallet or account balance at the site. I thought maybe I was thinking too much. The next day I deposited $54.5, withdrew $59.95 and the same happened as the last transaction I thought maybe they are overprotective of their clients, so I tried it again and deposited $58.95 and when I went to the chat support team, they said it wouldn't be added to my account because the amount was less than what I withdrew and that my money is currently in "Limbo", although none of the rules say so. Moving on, I asked the admin how much I should deposit so I could have both transactions in my account, and he told me any amount that was higher than $58.95. I texted him and told him I made the deposits with valid screen shots and transaction IDs, then he told me that the system firewall algorithm had detected something strange and that I couldn't have my funds in my account. So, I asked how I could solve this, and he told me that I should deposit more than $500 to activate my account again so I could withdraw all of this, and I currently don't have this amount of money. Moving on, after lots of talking and knowing he didn't want to return my money, he just deducted $58.95 from my dashboard account as penalty after depositing them into my account, but he locked the withdrawals, so I couldn't do anything. The next day, I literally texted him for more than 3 hours, almost begging him to unlock my account so I could withdraw my money, but nothing. If it was possible to add photos to related to my account deposits, withdrawals, and penalty. I would have uploaded it. I advise everyone who reads it to STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

The next day I deposited $91.7, and when I went to the chat support team, they said it wouldn't be added to my account because the amount was less than what I withdrew, although none of the rules say so. I texted him and told him I made the deposits with valid screen shots and transaction IDs, then he told me that the system firewall had detected something strange and that I couldn't have my funds in my account. So I asked how I could solve this, and he told me that I should deposit more than $500 to activate my account again so I could withdraw all of this, and I currently don't have this amount of money. Moving on , after lots of talking and knowing he didn't want to return my money, he just deposited 186.74 into my dashboard account, but he locked the withdrawals, so I couldn't do anything. The next day, I literally texted him for more than 3 hours, almost begging him to unlock my account so I could withdraw my money, and he did. He unlocked my account, and I made a withdrawal request. Even more, I got an email confirming my withdrawal request, and it has been 3 hours since this happened. I have not gotten anything on my personal wallet!
