The engineer that came over to install the water filter was very professional, knowledgable and easy to speak with and very respectful. He came in on time and finished the job quick and clean.
Customer service representative were also very professional, friendly and reliable.

Prompt efficient service
Communication from the service engineer was excellent. He provided notice that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was efficient and tidy and a very pleasant person to deal with. The only negative was the increased cost for a service on our equipment. We found €180 very expensive for a filter exchange and a general check that took a little over 30mins
