I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for the help desk to pick up the phone only to ask them to send me a new activation letter for their app (which you need to reactivate everytime you change your phone).
The fees are not transparent, the invoice is produced in a way that I need to resend it to me per email so I could pay it.
If you think that this credit card is free of charge (like it is advertised) it is exactly the contrary of it.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about cembra card, however my experience with them so far was good especially how their app works that has an easy access to all your real time transactions and also to share my very first fraudelent charge was handled in few weeks after reporting it to their emergency hotline. The fraudelent charge was around 900chf and was credited back to my account. I also got a new card and pin after I reported the issue. I would say their security is very weak against websites in general regardless if it is secured or not because as far as I know I am not opening any unsecured or suspicious website but my card was hacked 3 times. 2nd and 3rd was around less 10chf fraudelent charges and same procedure I did, blocked the card and called their emergency hotline. Other than that, I am happy with their service and hey they have zero annual fee. I hope they would work more in improving the security of the card to avoid getting hack all the time, especially now a days you can't avoid clicking websites unaware of getting your card hacked.

Total disaster concerning the clients support. You can wait half of hour on the telephone line without any success to speak with a operator.
Rude and absolutely aggressive
Rude, aggressive and absolutely not capable of listening. My call was just trying to understand a bill that appeared out of nowhere - in a language that I do not speak ... If you pay 48 hours late you are charged a late fee - absolutely horrific experience. NEVER use this company.
Unfair charges
Travelled abroad with Cembra master card. Already being charged 1.5% extra for all foreign transactions and not only that, there was a "Spesen adressnachforschung" fee for CHF25 at the end of the statement?! I'd like to file a complaint to have it waved but there was a warning for a further CHF80 to be charged as administrative fees?! Last time I'm using Cembra Money Bank, ridiculous!!!

Rude n irresponsible staff
this company is an outright disgrace
this company is an outright disgrace. it allows itself to refuse services which are subcontracted to it by other companies, in this case the TCS, without giving you more reason. but it quickly becomes clear that when you meet all the financial criteria, and when you are asked for proof of income and it comes from invalid insurance and after sending it you are simply refused services, it is clear that this company has discriminating criteria, based on the state of health of its customers
