Thank you for your feedback, but it would be extremely helpful if you could provide some justification or explanation for your comments, especially on the 'poor facilities'. I presume you are commenting on CEME Conference Centre, not the main CEME Campus?
Please, can you inform us of why you think the facilities poor, so we can respond positively? Unfortunately, we can not do anything at all about our location. We are where we are and for many of our 3,500 clients, our location is fantastic!

Helpful receptionish, Professional catering staff
Receptionist was very helpful when I had a query.
Catering staff presented lunch in a very organised and decorative way, and cleared used cups and dishes quickly, quietly and unobtrusively.

great venue, great facilities in terms of meeting and catering. Helpful staff.
Appalling parking!!!! This would deter me from recommending or potentially booking again.
Delegates late even though they had arrived at the venue on time, due to struggling to park.

Thank you for leaving feedback and for your comments on the parking difficulties for which we apologise. CEME are, literally, in the process of constructing a new 100 space car park to expand the spaces available on the Campus to meet future demand together with new signage and ANPR . This should alleviate the issues with car parking on the campus.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, because CEME Conference Centre only have events and meeting rooms that are, on many days, completely full, it is not possible for the conference centre to give up a meeting room as a prayer room when, from week to week, it might never be used. The comment should really be directed at CEME main Campus and not the conference centre. However, we are recommending two solutions - when NELFT have large conferences in CEME Conference Centre, upon request, and subject to availability, the conference centre will allocate space as a 'prayer room' for those specific days. I have also spoken to the operations director on the main CEME Campus to see if we can allocate a 'spare space' as a 'multi-faith room' for Fridays elsewhere in the main building. I will report back to the relevant NELFT representative on that matter in due course.

They got the message over to the inexperienced trainees which what good trainers do with clear explanations

The induction was very comprehensive…
The induction was very comprehensive and the location was comfortable. It allowed new members share experiences and encourage each other. It also gave rise to speak to staff members from other regions.
The Rio training had some problems with its presentation so we had to watch the trainer do the work. Its always better when you try it yourself.
One day had about 5 information sessions which was an information overload.
I loved the meet and greet in the second week and the 'speed dating' style was fantastic. The equality / inclusion session was very good. Sharing experiences helps you learn and absorb information.

On the whole a very good experience
On the whole a very good experience. Our only reservations is that we do a lot of on-line demonstration as part of the learning resources for our training and it requires attendees to be connected to the internet. However, when the whole classroom are connected, we are unable to maintain connection and it makes these sessions inaccessible and we are unable to do the demonstration.
