Terrible company no respect for anyone

These guys have been the only ones who have been able to get me concrete, tarmac came out and declined to quote as they said, in their words "our drivers think they're good drivers but really they're not". Our access is tight, up a small lane with a 5 point turning circle up the top, not for amateur drivers. After many a lost night of sleep, I rang cemex with the hopes of collecting an s1 dry mix and mixing it on site, they then passed on nikitas number who runs the minimix wagons in south wales. She didn't see the issue after checking on google maps. and sent martyn the driver out, he flew up the hill with 4 cube on (10 tons of weight) reversed up and tipped straight off. Done the 5 point turn, in 3 turns and left within 20 mins. All that worry for nothing. These guys are the best about in south wales. Martyn and nikita are a credit to cemex, ive got 5 more loads at least for cemex that tarmac have lost out due to their rubbish drivers.

This company has a bunch of clowns working in their sales office.
If you want a reliable service try Tarmac definitely do not rely on Cemex
Forts time I used them a couple of years ago it was a joke. They are local to me so I thought I’d gone them another go.
Concrete should have arrived today. I little worried that I hadn’t had anything from them I rang and my order was not in their system.
Rang Tarmac similar price but dealing with Tarmac was 100% better.
If you do order from Cemex do not rely on anything the sales team tell you

Waited on the phone half an hour, no answer. Joined the so called call back queue, never called back

Been waiting since 13th of September for a load of concrete it’s now the ninth of November and it still hasn’t turned up

poor manager support, no access to toilets and canteen. nice but fake people. exploitation of agency workers, dirty work in rain, snow and cold. no PPE support. planner Mrs. L. nice but very fake likes to write emails with complaints about people from the agency. she also likes to lie well in these emails

Just don't bother! I've contacted them 3 times after filling out their online inquiry form and them not contacting me as they promised they will to discuss requirements. I've still had no response. I've wasted my time when I could have found a company that actually wants the business from people. Utter rubbish!!!

Muck never is the same consistency and below ground muck goes off after 2 hours of sitting in the tub, absolutely abismal, no care for the workers who use their muck, marshals all the way, date of experience; every fckn day

Damaged my vehicle resulting in car maybe getting wrote off. trying to say there vehicle wasn't on the road at the time of it happening, wouldn't use this company as they can't be trustworthy

I work for a company based in Oldham BSK Landscapes so I collect at a number of plants have to admit going to Blackburn is great Paul is fantastic welcoming always with a smile and fast service even if the plant is busy. Not sure about the relief batcher though he seems grumpy.

Driving along flicking stones all over the road breaking ppls windscreens. Poor vehicle maintenance and careless staff. Wont pay. Smashing windscreens on their vehicles everytime they stopped at the side of the road.

Why advertise yourself as a good reliable company when in fact you won't even respond to a quote request.
3 times I have contacted them but still no response.

This company is outstanding. Great prices, great service, efficient and deliver every time. Been ordering various types of concrete from them for years and they are brilliant.
