I’ve had a really great experience with CENIQA so far. From the start, the onboarding process was smooth and well-organised, and the support team were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had.

The platform itself is easy to use, even if you’re new to trading, and the educational resources are clear and genuinely helpful. I especially like how everything is explained in a simple, straightforward way without being overwhelming.

The AI trading system has been performing well for me, and I’ve seen steady progress over time. Of course, like any investment, there are ups and downs, but overall I feel confident using the platform and appreciate the transparency around how things work.

What really stands out is the level of support and communication — it feels like they actually care about their users and want them to succeed.

I spoke to the team and they explained it's a longer-term strategy which I get, but that wasn't totally clear upfront. Will stick with it and see how things look in another few months. Not a bad platform, just manage your expectations going in.

Set everything up in under an hour. The onboarding was smooth and the automated system started working straight away. I was a bit nervous at first handing over control to an AI but after seeing the consistency in performance I'm fully on board. Great communication from the team as well.

I've been following Ceniqa for a while — watched their content, did my research before committing. Took the plunge about six weeks ago and I'm glad I did. The automation is seamless, my account is being managed well and I haven't had to lift a finger. Exactly what I was looking for.

I was sceptical of automated trading after some bad experiences with other platforms. Ceniqa is completely different transparent, professional, and the results speak for themselves. The bot has been running on my account for about ten weeks and I've had no issues whatsoever. Very impressed.

Although I anticipated faster growth, the AI is strong. My £750 account increased 1.9% in just one month. I was informed that it was a slow month, but I've seen other accounts make more, so I'm not sure if all accounts are the same.

27th July i invested £500 , they blew my money within 1day, now its 29th November. After being told they were going to minimise the risk they put my account on high risk and blamed it on someone else apparently another person had access to my account and was trading manually on it. I was told they were going to recover the money but everytime I message the story goes "it's been a bad week" " slowly making progress" excuses after excuses. I even told them I'm currently in another country and was staying there for a few months and that it was my last bit of money but they assured me my investment is in safe hands. They will say anything for people to invest and gamble your money trying to hit a one hit wonder.

“Mate my pals making 6% per day off £600. I sent £1,000 and my accounts blown with PAMM that I didn’t sign up for after going through at AI process, my faiths fading from this race of species. Lost 10K on investments and business opportunity’s this past 6 months with family, friends, online courses🤣 I do appreciate trying to sort the mistake that was implemented when I signed up before but I was told “maybe in a few weeks when gold goes down” golds gone up PAMM will of 100% blown that I didn’t sign up for.🤣 so if I could of switched golds gone up $300 market since i spoke to yous , so there’s 0 chance of maybe putting £200 of the £1400 in my account over to what I truly signed up for … watching £300 - £500 accounts pulling back way more money than I originally sent, while 100% credit bonuses are being added is suicidal to watch daily on Snapchat and hear my pals saying there making stuff, can see the trades, can withdraw.🤣I couldn’t do any of that and can’t. and I’m the one who put these people on with you like, sent £1,000 for the 3-5 year holding period of keeping on the account to see people withdrawing £50 making more than my 6 month investment”

Invested £1000 into their "too good to be true" AI service, quick and easy onboarding by one of the partners, had a brief phone call about the service, talks of 5-7% interest or something about £1000 compounded three years and beyond would turn out to £52k upwards etc (selling me the dream).

I had about 3 friends/colleagues behind me who were willing to take the leap of faith with this company too. About £1000-£10000 funding potentially plus a plethora of clients from different skilled backgrounds.

We both agreed that AI managed accounts seem to be a safer way to invest with as compared to manually trading. I've mentioned I'm not bothered about overnight profits and that I'm more concerned about steady profits with tight risk management to grow the account properly.

ONE DAY not two, ONE DAY into my account being live, I started to notice an insane amount of positions opened albeit in low lots sizes and my account was in heavy drawdown. I wanted to intervene and possibly message CENIQA about the state of the account and the positions filled to which unfortunately the account got wiped and CENIQA blamed it on the adverse market conditions/market turbulence.

The markets always have some sort of turbulence lol, they instructed me to open another account in the hopes to invest further to recover the account. Why in my right mind would I do this after these idiots at CENIQA blew my account in ONE DAY? Isn't this gambling now?

They failed to admit their AI service hadn't worked out, they failed to admit the service isn't fullproof but instead lead me towards refunding the account or opening another account which shows zero accountability. CENIQA must think everything in life has a retry or refund button available to every potential client of theirs without taking accountability for leaving their first time investors in the mud.

I proposed to them that we take the hit 50/50 as it's my first time working with yourselves and I'll truly know if your serious about your investor relationships, but my offer instantly got rejected with these idiots trying to explain to me how the markets work when you lose money in trades, completely taking me for a mug like I was born yesterday.

What I suggested would have shown an above and beyond attitude towards new client relationships. This would've proved to me the company is genuinely concerned about their clients/new clients and they are people to build with and not some pot luck "if the trades go well" relationship where it's solely result orientated.

These two are good businessmen, don't know about their trading but they have the gift of the gab to flog people off. This is an investor company not with the best interests of the investor at heart, if your lucky happy go lucky if not be prepared to be thrown in the mud or gamble more in their company

Please be very careful investing with this company, not professional, not considerate and they don't have any intention of going above an beyond to maintain client relationships.

Excellent service from the start. The communication was clear and everything handled professionally which made the whole process easy. The guys are always at the end of the phone if needed and are proper genuine.
