Zero Stars- Awful

Zero Stars- Prescriptions ordered disappeared. Customer Service claims that they have fixed the problems and meds would ship. Paid for Rx and never received it. Centerwell denied receiving payment even though I had proof. Customer Service is horrendous. Never have I seen anything like it. Two months in: 3 orders, hours on the phone, $$$ paid, No Rx received. They should be investigated.

I have Humana’ Mail Order prescription…

I have Humana’ Mail Order prescription since 2014 or 2015. They used to provide exceptional service. Now Humana’ s prescription pharmacy is known as “Centerwell Pharmacy. They used to provide decent service until about 6 months ago. In December of 2025, they sent me half the quantity of one of my prescription, now my physician sent them a prescription on February 14th, and they have lost it! They sent me an email saying they have not received the prescription on February 20th. These guys don’t understand that for patients to be calling the doctor to ask them to send the prescription again and again is not normal. I don’t know where these guys are located but they all have an accent. Looks like Centerwell pharmacy has lost its mission. They have become paper pushers instead of problem solvers!

I would give this outfit NO STAR if I…

I would give this outfit NO STAR if I could. CALLED SIX TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED MEDICATIONS. Long wait times. Supervisor never called back. BILLED TWICE FOR MEDICATIONS I NEVER RECEIVED. A WASTE OF MY TIME. I have transferred prescriptions to my local pharmacy. NO STARS.

The worst bait and switch ever do not…

The worst bait and switch ever do not use them. you will not receive your medications I have been waiting over 2 weeks for non narcotics. I’m told they need to be reviewed. I suspect Humana has their dirty greedy fingers in this. I am a human not a dog or a cat. I’m being treated unkindly and I’m sitting here with no scripts. Use some else! Center well mail pharmacy should be audited and reviewed. RUN….. use them and it will complicate your life. And that goes for humans too!

Absolutely the worst experience i have…

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had. Nit to mention the hold times to try and get answers is insane. The incompetence of the staff. You never get your prescription on time and even after dozen calls yo confirm and they still screw it up. Don't even get me started on the chat line. That's about as usless as the phone calls. I wish I would have spent more times reading the reviews before I wasted so much time and stress.

Poor communication

My first experience with Center Well did not go well. I set up my husband's online account with them. I ordered a medication and received a confirmation email. When the med didn't arrive, I went into his account and saw the message "no active orders". Never did I receive any other communication requesting more information or that the order was cancelled. I called today and they said the problem is that they did not have the correct information for the prescribing physician even it is there as clear as day. And since my husband wasn't here to speak with them, they wouldn't do anything for me because he had to give his approval which I understand. But if they could just look at the entered information in my husband's account they wouldn't need to speak to my husband. Not looking forward to dealing with this company over the next year. And of course, the person I spoke to was halfway across the world. This will affect my decision to stay with Humana in 2027.

On hold over 2hr 30 minutes

On hold over 2hr 30 minutes after being told it would only be 1 hr. and 5 minutes.
Couldn't stay on any longer. Missed several other calls waiting for this one.
Hope this isn't a fake business.
Update
I did eventually get my prescription.

WORST PHARMACY EVER

I have been trying to get my medications since mid January, it's now Mid February. Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. If anyone knows the CEO, let me know--I want to meet him/her!!
Do not deal with them, unfortunately I am tied in for the rest of this year.
DO NOT USE!!

Would list zero stars if possible

Would list zero stars if possible. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get my prescription. They have lied to my doctors office and me, telling us each different stories. I was able to provide documentation to the doctors office that Centerwell is lying and they are frustrated as well but they have my prescription locked in.

Zero Stars would be an accurate rating

NovoCare direct pharmacy subcontracts their prescriptions to center well pharmacy. I paid 199.00 for my prescription on 2/6/2026. It was supposed to be delivered on 2/11/2026. It is now 2/18/2026 and the status states they are still filling the prescription. I have called them multiple times over the past week and the hold time has never been less than 1 hour and 38 mins. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Zero stars would be a more accurate rating. Absolutely horrible experience I would NOT recommend this pharmacy under any circumstances. Stay clear if you want to actually receive your medication on time and be able to take it as prescribed. Total nightmare!

There are so many things wrong with the…

There are so many things wrong with the way CenterWell operates; delayed shipment, unintuitive website, terrible search algorithm / results for OTC meds and limited product availability. On the prescription side, I receive emails stating "For your privacy we have abbreviated the name of your prescription to the first 3 letters."
Then it lists the full name and strength of the prescription. I have to assume a bot is doing most of the online communication. GIGO. I don't see any way to post a screenshot, but I would if I could.

The Constant Absurdity of Lack of Communication

When I checked on the Iphone App it told me that 3 of my prescriptions were canceled with no explanation I have now called this excuse for a pharmacy 6 times in the last month since switching to Humana The people who answer the phone are pleasant but it is not a part of their ability to fix the issue. It is now time for me to consider going back to either Optum or Amazon or even my local pharmacy

ZERO stars. Awful. Can't get through to anyone. Been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription. It now says that it'll be delivered in 2 days, but they're still filling it so that won't happen. DO NOT use if you actually want your meds

If I could not give any stars...

If I could not give any stars, I would. Prescription was sent over on 2/8 and status as of 2/16 still says "Pharamacy is filling your prescription". When I called, I waited an hour and 7min before someone answered. I couldn't understand the person. In addition, said it will get filled on 2/23 and asked for my details. I was so upset! I said you have all my details in my account...address, billing payment...etc.. I immediately hung up and decided to fill elsewhere. This company should not exist.

Abhorrent practices!

They outsource their pharmacy representatives to individuals in other countrie(nothing wrong with that) however, these people literally do not care about your issues or concerns! This woman put me on hold and waited me out...I hung up after 46 mins on hold! The wait times are abhorrent! This establishment needs to be shut down!

Every few months they dad service would try to…

Every few months they would try to charge my for my meds and they say it’s not covered from my insurance they send me medication that is not covered by my insurance and try to get me to pay for it they didn’t tell me it’s not covered they say they don’t tell anyone that medicine are not covered they just send them witch they need to let people know that it’s not covered I even talked to the pharmacist about it see said they won’t let anybody know medicine is not covered so I would think twice before you get your medicine from them I would go somewhere else to get your medicine

Extremely hard from the very beginning…

Extremely hard from the very beginning to log on, who knew to use a lower case letter for the beginning of a sentence, how dumb am I, also waited 2 weeks for initial medication, didn’t have an option for faster delivery, called to find out why, been on hold for over half an hour now, customer service rep had no idea why, claimed not the normal, I highly doubt it. I thought cvs was bad, this takes the cake.
