Unfortunately I have had to use the services twice recently, the funeral director remembered me and asked after the rest of my family.
When you are upset it is nice to have someone remember you and treat you as an individual rather than a number.

Mom’s funeral
Shani and Kevin were excellent. They both made the process very easy for us.
Michelle and her team on the day were also excellent.
My only issue was being able to find the Great Brook Street office on the internet. Searching Coop funerals only wanted to send us to Coop North . Once we found who we wanted they were great.

Empathetic, caring and professional funeral directors.
Following the death of my mother, Lisa, the funeral director that we dealt with, made our experience at such a sad and difficult time feel less stressful. From the moment that we met her, she became like a trusted family member. She advised us in all aspects of how to proceed with regards to registering Mum’s death, funeral arrangements, flowers, and planning for the crematorium. She really went above and beyond to support our family and give Mum the send off that she had wanted. Through her own personal experience, Lisa knew exactly what we were experiencing and was kind and displayed true empathy. Nigel, who was responsible for the hearse and bearers, was in regular contact to make sure that all went as planned and dealt with everything in a caring and professional manner. We as a family are truly grateful and would highly recommend their services.
