EXCELLENT SERVICE

As a poor French speaker, I requested to speak to an English speaking agent. This was not a problem and we were put through to Julien. He was great throughout and took us through the booking process seamlessly. He didn't pressure us at all in upgrading our cabin choice or taking a drinks package. As promised, the booking confirmation and paperwork were received rapidly by email. We also have Julien's contact details if we need to get in touch. We are now free to look forward to our cruise. Great job!
